Engagement Director - Jacksonville, Fl.

A top notch Engagement Director is someone who is creative and strategic when it comes to developing and implementing goals with a track record of producing results, able to quickly adapt when faced with change, energetic and able to positively influence others in a supportive manner, and customer service oriented with great written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and computer skills as well as a team work attitude are a must. Prior senior living experience a plus, but not required.

Qualified candidate must have minimum 3 years’ experience running dementia care activities, proven ability to multi task, and be computer proficient. Must also be passionate about senior care, open to new ideas, and approach problem solving creatively and collaboratively with other team members.

Dining Director - Jacksonville, Fl.
 The Dining Director will be responsible for food service and dining management within the community.  Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Serve excellent and nutritious food: 
Develope cycle menus which are innovative, appropriate to the season and responsive to the desires of the residents per Arbor Company and state guidelines and regulations.

Ensure first-rate dining service: 
Train all staff on appropriate service standards in complieance with corporate guidelines.  Establish and maintain dining room management program with department heads.

Maintain safety standards:
Maintain superior cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining area.  Ensure that kitchen personnel are properly attired according to corporate and state guidelines.

Meet prescribed budget:
Maintain appropriate standards for delivery, storage and security of all foods.  Complete monthly Food Cost Report in a timely manner.

Executive Director--Philadelphia, PA
 

The Executive Director has ultimate responsibility for the entire community. Dedicated first and foremost to excellence in resident care, the ED must oversee the successful operation of all departments. The ability to manage multiple priorities is essential. A successful ED approaches problem solving creatively and collaboratively with other team members, and possesses a deep respect for fellow co-workers, our residents and their families. Through regular meetings with department heads and community staff, the ED is responsible for ensuring the community’s accountability to resident, family and staff satisfaction, financial performance, and regulatory and corporate compliance.

Requires at least two years experience managing a senior living community and an active PA assisted living administrator's license.
