Unlike many other management companies, The Arbor Company has a dedicated Alzheimer's consultant who works intensively with our memory care programs to help staff deliver care in the most compassionate and clinically advanced manner. With her help we are working aggressively towards creating state of the art dementia care in each of our communities.

Dementia Care Specialists
The Evergreen Program in Arbor communities is our secured neighborhood that specializes in caring for those with Alzheimer's and other memory impairments. Evergreen has its own full-time Program Director to provide individualized programs for each Resident's unique needs. Furthermore, all community staff is specially trained as Dementia Care Specialists to understand the progression of memory disorders.
