Relationships Matter Here

At Arbor Terrace at Crabapple, relationships are the foundation of our community. We delight in fostering meaningful relationships — we call them deep connections — with residents and family members, and finding ways to create connections between the seniors who live here. As we learn more about our residents, we can provide even better assistance and programs to meet their ever-evolving needs.

Life Is Better Here

For more than three decades, The Arbor Company has been dedicated to providing the lifestyle and amenities that keep seniors feeling their very best.

  • Art Art and Education Stimulate your mind by learning another language, painting a portrait, or exploring a new craft or skill.
  • people Deep Connections Feel connected to a lively community. We ask the right questions and take the time to listen. It’s why residents accomplish amazing things here — things they never thought possible on their own.
  • PurposefulLivng Health and Wellness Our exercise programs are designed especially for seniors to improve mobility, maintain fitness, and even challenge the brain — all in a fun format.
  • Recreation Purposeful Living At Arbor Terrace, residents are meaningfully engaged throughout the day. An important part of that includes opportunities to volunteer and give back to others while remaining actively involved in the community.
  • Activities Recreation and Leisure We go out of our way to fulfill each resident’s wish list. From live music to barbecues to karaoke nights, if you can dream it, chances are that we’ll try it. And we love helping with family get-togethers.
  • Spiritual Spiritual Journey For many, the health of one’s soul is as meaningful as the health of one’s body. And so we offer ample opportunities for structured religious activities and individual reflection.

Meet the Arbor Terrace at Crabapple Team

Each member of our team brings a heart for service, a passion for seniors, and the experience to create exceptional opportunities for our residents.

Tricia Holloway, MPA, NHA, SHRM-CP

Executive Director

Tricia was born and raised in Florida, and attended the University of Central Florida for Healthcare Administration, B.S. and the University of South Florida for Public Administration for her Master’s degree. Tricia has worked in the senior living industry for over a decade and received her licence as a skilled nursing home administrator. “My grandmother lived with us for over 13 years. I would often help her organize her pills which she graciously offered me $.25 a week to do! When we could no longer care for her at home and moved into a nursing home, I was shocked by the smell of the community during my after-school visits. I later learned that a properly run community should not have poor smells and other concerns. This propelled me into pursuing a career I could care for people the same way I expected my grandmother to be cared for.” Tricia is a great proponent for seniors and sits on the board for the Georgia Senior Living Association helping to improve the care for all seniors in the state of Georgia.

Dori-Laack1

Dori Laack

Community Sales Director

With over 20+ years in the hospitality industry, Dori was faced with transitioning her own parents into senior living about 10 years ago.  The personal journey she went through made her realize that senior living was the industry she wanted to be a part of to truly make a difference in someone’s life.  Making a human connection and connecting families to what matters most to them is what she prides herself on in addition to great listening skills.  Prior to joining the team at Arbor Terrace at Crabapple, Dori along with her husband Peter, son Aidyn and their coonhound Sunday and their goldfish Luckey resided in the Ocean State of Rhode Island and headed up all sales and marketing efforts at another senior living community.  Dori brings to us not only the hospitality side of senior living sales, though the understanding of meaningful connections with families and a personality that is warm and friendly.

Ginger Laprise

Ginger Laprise

Community Sales Director

Ginger began her career in estate planning and elder law, where she discovered her passion for working with seniors. That passion evolved and several years ago, an unexpected opportunity presented itself for her to join a senior living community. While gaining experience and helping families navigate the journey of independent living, assisted living and memory care, a position became available within The Arbor Company, and she knew it was the right fit for her. When Ginger is not at the community helping families, she is enjoying time with her three daughters, aged 25, 22 and 18. She also loves to play tennis, travel, and snuggle with her fur baby, Khloe.

Stephanie Mock

Engagement Director

Joined Arbor Terrace in 2013. "After a decade as an elementary school teacher and then a stay at home mom, I stumbled into a part-time position as an Engagement Assistant. I am so thankful that I decided to ‘get out of the house’ a few days a week! I discovered a new career that I’m intensely passionate about. In 2014, I moved into the role of Engagement Director. Striving each day to make a deep connection with our residents and enrich their lives has energized me in a way I never imagined! Seniors have lead such meaningful, interesting lives. I believe there is so much we can learn from them and so many ways to celebrate their uniqueness. I feel like each of our residents is a member of my family and hardly feel like I’m ‘working’ at all! I’m so glad to be part of the Arbor Team!"
