Brooke Figueras

Executive Director

Brooke’s passion for serving seniors began upon graduating from the University of Georgia in 2003. She moved to Canton with her family to join The Arbor Company in 2017 and couldn’t be happier.

Searching for the right senior living community for a loved one is difficult. After my loved ones moved into an Arbor Terrace community, I decided to devote my career to helping families navigate through this challenging time. I feel blessed to be able to help families and friends navigate through these waters every day.

Rebecca Merriman

Community Sales Director

Rebecca’s experience includes 12 years in the health and wellness industry before focusing on senior living. In addition to a Certified Nursing Assistant diploma, she has expertise as a Director of Resident Relations. Rebecca loves working with seniors because every day is unexpected and exciting. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her children, Ryan and Bella, and their two dogs, Monkey and Scooby.

Ashlee Fonteine

Evergreen Memory Care Director

Ashlee has worked in senior living for 24 years, and has been an LPN for over twenty years. Her roles have spanned from patient care to Executive Director, and she has truly developed a passion for senior care. She became a nurse to make a memorable difference in people’s lives. Ashlee has lived in Kennesaw for 21 years and has one grown son. She is also the “mommy” to two dogs and one grand-dog.

Brooke Putnam

Engagement Director

Brooke began her career in senior living as a caregiver eight years ago. Since then she transitioned to project management before finding her passion in elder activities and engagement. Brooke loves working with seniors because she knows how important active aging is, and can’t imagine herself doing anything else. Born and raised in Canton, Georgia, Brooke can be found hiking with her fiancée or practicing her archery marksmanship in her free time.

Engagement Director

Chilatu brings 16 years of senior care experience to Arbor Terrace BridgeMill, as well as a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's in human services and counseling. She focused half of her career on caregiving before finding her passion in engagement for seniors, creating programs that enhance their overall wellbeing. Chilatu enjoys getting to know residents on a deeper level by listening to their stories while learning new things together.

Barbara Bonatucci

Director of External Business Development

Barbara’s 20 plus years in sales and marketing and her journey of caring for her aging parent’s has led her to senior living. She enjoys working with the local community sharing the Arbor Difference with groups, organizations and families. She lives in the Woodstock area with her husband, two sons and their American bulldog.

Business Office Director

Brenda has worked as a business office manager in the healthcare industry for more than 20 years. She has a servant's heart and enjoys helping support the residents and employees at The Arbor at BridgeMill.

Jerrod Tyler

Jerrod Tyler

Maintenance Director

Jerrod was enlisted in the U.S. Air Force as an aircraft maintenance technician before joining The Arbor Company. He is a problem solver and enjoys making The Arbor a place that residents can call home.
