Jennifer has worked in senior living for more than 30 years, helping seniors and their families find a thriving and caring environment. In her role, Jennifer builds connections and trust with each family she interacts with and works to uphold the values of Arbor Terrace East Cobb.

Memory Care Director
I joined Arbor Terrace of East Cobb as the Memory Care Director with extensive experience in senior living. I have eight years of experience serving seniors and working in the healthcare industry. I spent the early part of my career working in emergency medicine and at different facilities, ranging from Independent Living to Skill Nursing. However, it was with memory care that I found my passion. I graduated with a Master of Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. It is my goal to be an advocate for vulnerable seniors to ensure that residents are happy and that I am improving their overall quality of life. With a heart to help others, I am honored to be able to apply my knowledge and experience here at Arbor Terrace of East Cobb.
Resident Care Director
LaTresh began her career as a CNA and brings more than 18 years of experience to Arbor Terrace, ranging from hospital settings to home health to hospice. Born and raised in Southern California, LaTresh did not have the chance to grow up with her grandparents, so she thinks of the residents as her honorary grandmas and grandpas. LaTresh enjoys spending time with her family, reading, bowling, and hiking. She also has a cat whom she adores.

Tjader, a graduate of Georgia State University, found her passion for seniors in 2015 and creates exceptional programming for each resident.

Business Office Director
Felicia graduated from Georgia State before pursuing a degree in business administration at Strayer University. She began her journey in senior living in 2015 as a part-time receptionist at Arbor Terrace East Cobb, and has since expanded her responsibilities, leading her to the role of Business Office Director. Felicia loves working with seniors because of their sense of spirit and wisdom. In her downtime, she enjoys traveling, trivia games, and spending quality time with her family.
