Rut Pena was our January Associate of The Month and now our first quarter Arbor Star! How hard is it to be excellent three months in a row? Let's get to know a little bit more about this outstanding individual.
Rut was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and moved to the United States when she was in her early twenties. This July will be her first year anniversary at Arbor Terrace Peachtree City. She has worked really hard to be recognized as a team player in the Housekeeping Department. Her Supervisor Jhonnathan has this to say about Rut, "She's a dedicated team member who's hardworking, super reliable, and deserving of this reward! It was no surprise to me that residents and directors felt the same!" Rut loves her co-workers and serving the residents. When we asked Rut what her favorite part of the job is, she replied, "Making my residents happy and seeing them smile, makes a big difference on how my day is going." Keeping their home spic & span brings her joy! She enjoys coming to work and feels like she's with family. We feel the same way too, Rut.
