A member of the Johns Creek Veterans Association recently built a 1940's-50's era small town and train display for the residents of Arbor Terrace Johns Creek to enjoy throughout the holiday season.
One inch on the display is equivalent to 7 feet, 3 inches in reality.
The village features different retail stores, a fire station, coffee shop, pizza place, ice cream stand, city hall, a train depot, diner, ice house, shoe repair and a hardware store. More than 30 different types of classic cars and trucks from the era, including a Model T Ford, 1936 Ford, '41 Lincoln and '50 DeSoto.
