Memory Care Director
Cary Matos has more than 13 years of expertise in assisted living and memory care. Her passion lies in educating and training team members in cognitive care training, positive physical approach (PPA), and resident-centered care for all of our residents. Cary leads with positivity, kindness, and compassion, inspiring our team to work hard and make a difference in the lives of our residents. She draws inspiration from her loving family and enjoys studying Eschatology, gardening, listening to music, traveling, and watching movies in her free time.
Dining Director
Blessel Bernasol is a seasoned culinary professional with nine years of experience in the assisted living sector. She has seamlessly woven her hospitality passion and commitment to care into a distinguished career. Born in the Philippines and having migrated to the United States 11 years ago, Blessel brings a rich tapestry of traditions and values to her role as the Dining Director at Arbor Terrace Naperville. With a recent Summa Cum Laude degree in accounting, Blessel's commitment to excellence is evident not only in her culinary skills but also in her academic achievements. She's also a certified nursing assistant, reflecting her unwavering dedication to helping people. Blessel strives for efficiency in her role, delivering tangible results while offering an array of delectable dishes that resonate with each resident. She loves to create diverse pastries and experiment with new culinary creations.
Engagement Director
After more than 23 years in the entertainment industry, Jose began his career in senior living in 2020, bringing with him a passion for helping others. He joined the Arbor team in 2021, starting out as a resident assistant, then becoming an engagement coordinator, and then being promoted to his current role as engagement director. He believes that senior living is a very special place, and being part of the Arbor Family has helped him grow as a professional and as a human being.
Maintenance Director
Dennis Vietoris draws on his 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry to provide exceptional maintenance and housekeeping services to our residents. He takes pride in educating our team members on safety policies and procedures. Outside of work, Dennis enjoys gardening with his wife, watching baseball, and fishing.
Business Office Director
Christine was a dedicated work-from-home mom who balanced raising her children with her career as a bookkeeper for nearly 20 years. Despite not pursuing her accounting degree until the age of 43, she proved that it's never too late to follow your dreams. A shining example to her daughters, Christine became the first in her family to attend college and earn a degree. Now, she's found her true calling in the assisted living industry, where she has been since 2016.

Our residents had a special bingo, Easter trivia, and an amazing meal prepared by our dining team. There was even an Easter Bunny delivery service: with some adorable helpers who brought smiles and chocolate eggs!
