Executive Director
Kimberly craved human connection and wanted to serve others. That's when she found her passion working at a senior living facility in Philadelphia. She obtained her Master's in Health Administration from Temple University in 2021. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys spending time exploring the city with her dog, Lemon - who will be joining her some days at work.
Community Sales Director
With a decade of sales experience, Megan joined senior living in 2019, ready to follow her biggest passions of working with seniors and helping people. After a loved one was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, and following in the footsteps of family members who have worked in senior living, she knew in her heart that this industry is where she was meant to be. Originally a southern girl from Texas, Megan says "y’all" loves spending time with family, friends, her puppy, and going on adventures.

Resident Care Director
Donna started her nursing journey at Bryn Mawr Nursing school and received her BSN at Villanova. She has 40 years of nursing experience and 16 years of senior living experience. Donna is a certified dementia practitioner and has her administrator’s certification. In her free time, Donna enjoys spending time with her family, including her daughter who is in grad school, and vacationing in the outer banks.
Memory Care Director
Lisa joined Arbor after more than 15 years in multiple fields of nursing, including skilled nursing, internal medicine, care coordination, and long-term care. Lisa has found that memory care is her passion and enjoys building relationships with her residents and families. When Lisa is not working, she is spending time with her four kids and husband, and also enjoys hiking, singing, and cleaning.

Engagement Director
Chuck, who has worked in residential care for most of his professional life, has always enjoyed building communities where people can have fun while finding ways to grow and achieve. Making deep connections with residents is a favorite aspect of his job. Chuck has a background in sales and marketing and live theater.

Dining Director
Sean comes to us from Arbor Terrace Exton, where he was introduced to senior living. Sean, who lives in Downingtown, has worked in the culinary industry for more than 30 years. He is excited to begin creating a menu of healthy foods with locally sourced ingredients to bring residents the comforts of home at each meal.
Maintenance Director
Bill has been in the building, housing, and residential industry for more than 25 years. He enjoys boating, riding his motorcycle, and has a love for dogs. Bill is a huge family man who enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Business Office Director
Bernadette has 16+ years of experience in human resources, finance, and office management, and began her career working at a social service company in New York. As business office director, she combines this experience with her passion for working with seniors to help our residents and their families. Bernadette resides in Berks County, Pennsylvania with her husband, three children, and four family pets.
