Meet The Arbor at Delray's Executive Director, Eric Francese

Please help us welcome Eric Francese, Executive Director at The Arbor at Delray! Eric has been in senior living since 1998, starting in finance as a controller for several communities in South Florida. 

Over the past eight years, Eric has held administrative roles, including as Executive Director of a 524-bed community that included independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing in Boca Raton, Florida. 

As Executive Director of The Arbor at Delray, Eric is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the community and supporting all departments.

Throughout his career, he has made some amazing connections, and is well respected among residents whose lives he has changed, as well as colleagues and peers.

"I had the pleasure of working with Eric for many years, and his passion for serving seniors and the community goes unmatched,” said Jarrett Liebman, a former co-worker. “I have been fortunate enough to be able to learn from Eric to both better myself professionally and personally.”

Eric was born in Hollywood, Florida and raised in Boca Raton. He graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic College with a degree in accounting. He and his wife, Yamile have been married for 25 years and have one daughter.
