At Solana East Cobb, we believe community is built on connection, and few people embody that spirit more than Minni, one of our most dedicated volunteers. Since our doors first opened in 2019, Minni has been a familiar, friendly face—bringing laughter, energy, and warmth to residents each week.
Minni’s passion for volunteering began with a simple desire to connect. While her parents don’t live nearby, she wanted to spend time with seniors and create meaningful relationships. She found her place here at Solana East Cobb, and we’ve been fortunate to have her ever since.
One of Minni’s most beloved contributions is hosting our weekly trivia game. When she first began, just two or three residents would gather to play. Today, trivia has grown into a lively, much-anticipated event that draws a crowd every Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. The room fills with friendly competition, laughter, and camaraderie—making it the highlight of the week for many.
Minni’s dedication is a testament to how one person’s kindness and consistency can make a lasting difference. We are grateful for the joy she brings and the bonds she’s built within our community.
