Caregiver support groups are important outlets to help prevent caregiver burnout and meet with others who may be going through the same challenges as you. In addition to information and resources, caregiver support groups provide much needed social support.

Not only does this imperative support system improve the lives of caregivers, it also improves the quality of life for the person being cared for.

Each month, the Caregiver’s Support Group meets at Arbor Terrace South Forsyth. This safe space is hosted by Jan Little, our community sales director. She has spent her career helping families navigate the challenges of aging and caregiving.

The group meets on the last Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m.
