And it all starts with relationships, as Lee, our engagement director explains. He values building close relationships with our residents, from the moment they walk into our community. He cherishes being able to get to know them on a personal level and learn their stories, their backgrounds, and their unique interests and preferences. He feels that knowing our residents intimately helps to build trust for both of them.
He says what brings him the most joy every day is being able to engage our residents in activities and in ways that simply let them live and enjoy their lives to the fullest.
And we’ve always got something exciting going on! From live music and dancing to bowling, bingo, or happy hours— we strive to create something for everyone’s likes and interests on our activity and events calendars.
