One team member grew up around senior living, visiting a community where a parent worked as a certified nursing assistant. That early connection led to a career guiding families through tours, with a simple goal: helping them leave with peace of mind. Having once cared for grandparents, this team member knows how much it means when a family member can finally rest easy.
Another team member has cared for residents here for nearly two decades. What began as a search for a job grew into a career shaped by the residents and by coworkers who show up for one another. A third shares the joy of building real friendships with residents and the gratitude of knowing a smile made someone’s day.
