Residents had a blast moving to the beat during our Drum Cardio classes! 🥁 Drum Cardio combines music, rhythmic movement, and light to moderate physical activity in a fun, social setting, so it feels more like playing music than working out. From tapping drumsticks to clapping along, everyone had the chance to move, smile, and enjoy the rhythm together.

The music brought energy to the room and plenty of reasons to celebrate. It’s amazing how music can bring people together and turn simple movements into meaningful moments!
