Executive Director
With 28 years of senior living experience, Melanie has held positions at the corporate, regional and community level. Melanie says she’s an Army brat whose upbringing centered around events that were attended by seniors; that fostered her respect and admiration for the elder population. She is passionate about leading a team of professionals that work daily to give our residents opportunities to enjoy being part of our family.
Assistant Executive Director
As a native of the Caribbean, Andrea has a deep understanding of the value of cultural diversity and the importance of providing quality care to those in need. After completing her education in Occupational Therapy in the United States, she went on to earn her Master's Degree in Health Services Administration in 2012. Throughout her career, Andrea has dedicated herself to helping others in various capacities. From assisting those struggling with substance abuse to supporting women and children in shelters, her true passion has always been working with the elderly. With an impressive 13 years of experience in senior living, Andrea's expertise in caring for older adults is remarkable. Andrea takes great joy in working with seniors and believes that each individual has valuable wisdom and stories to share. Her inspiration for working with seniors stems from her own personal experience caring for her father in his later years.

Director of Sales
Neal has an impressive 27 years of experience in senior living. His previous experience in hospitality led him to The Preserve at Palm Aire, where he has dedicated the last seven years. As Director of Sales, he thrives in assisting seniors with the life-saving decision to move into senior living. Neal grew up in Aventura, Florida. When he is not working, he enjoys live entertainment, traveling, working out, and taking his 11-year old to every amusement park known to mankind.

Resident Care Director
Throughout her 20-year nursing care, Grace has been guided by these inspiring words from Mother Theresa: “Someone has to help them.” Grace has always been drawn to helping and healing others. As the Evergreen Memory Care Director, Grace reminds her staff daily that everyone is someone. Her greatest reward comes in making a personal, daily connection with each of her residents. Grace looks forward to continuing to connect and care for our seniors.
Engagement Director
Before joining The Arbor Company, Sarah served in engagement roles at an outdoor environmental camp, a resort timeshare, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Bliss Spas, and worked as a stylist for MTV Latino. She brings her knowledge from all of these roles to create new and enjoyable programming at The Preserve. She spends her free time on the water, doing pilates, or enjoying the company of her two teenage children and two french bulldogs.

Business Office Director
Lourdes has an impressive 36 years of experience in senior living. She was born in New York and speaks both English and Spanish, which is an asset in her role as Business Office Director. Outside of work, Lourdes likes to cook Puerto Rican food and spend time with her three daughters and grandchildren.

Maintenance Director
Ray has many years of experience in the maintenance and facilities industry, as well as the military, giving him a unique set of skills that let him see things from a risk management and preventive maintenance viewpoint. His driving force and leadership style are to always produce the best possible living facilities for our seniors, as he believes seniors should be treated with the utmost respect and dignity. When not working, Ray enjoys spending time with family, friends, and traveling.
