Brooke Figueras

Executive Director

Since joining The Arbor at BridgeMill in 2017, Brooke Figueras has been a dedicated leader passionate about creating a vibrant, caring community for residents, families, and staff alike. For Brooke, the most rewarding part of the job is knowing that the work being done each day brings joy, purpose, and a true sense of community to residents.
Outside of the community, Brooke enjoys staying active and once cycled 127 miles in three days along the scenic coast of California with her mom, a memorable adventure that reflects her energy and determination

Alfred Bahena

Assistant Executive Director

Alfred Bahena joined The Arbor at BridgeMill in September 2024 as Assistant Executive Director and has quickly become an integral part of the community. Having lived abroad for two years, he is fluent in two languages and brings a global perspective to his work, valuing cross-functional collaboration for more thoughtful decision-making. What Alfred finds most rewarding is the privilege of supporting residents and families through such a meaningful stage of life, considering it an honor to share in those moments alongside their loved ones. Although he never expected to find his career in senior living, he considers it a true blessing and looks forward to continued growth within The Arbor at BridgeMill community.

Rebecca Merriman

Director of Sales

Rebecca Merriman has been with The Arbor at BridgeMill since 2020 as Director of Sales, where she finds deep fulfillment in helping families navigate one of life's most meaningful transitions. Known for her warmth, empathy, and genuine connection with others, she strives to make every family feel supported throughout their journey. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time outdoors exploring new trails, traveling with her children, and sharing her love of books with her resident book club, believing that kindness and authenticity make all the difference in work, relationships, and life.

Alaina James

Community Sales Director

Alaina James joined The Arbor at BridgeMill in 2023 as Community Sales Director and brings deep purpose and compassion to her role, seeing her work as a calling to serve residents and families with love, patience, and dignity. What she loves most is the perspective residents and families give her daily, teaching her patience, gratitude, and joy in simple moments while forming connections that go beyond service to learning from their wisdom, stories, and faith. Outside of work, Alaina practices Kajukenbo, a Hawaiian lineage martial art, under Professor Chris Newbury.

Linda Lucas

Resident Care Director

Linda Lucas joined The Arbor at BridgeMill in July 2025 as Resident Care Director, where she is dedicated to supporting residents and families with compassionate care while fostering a positive environment for the team. Outside of work, Linda enjoys golfing to relax and recharge, and finds the most rewarding part of her role to be building meaningful relationships with residents and their families, ensuring they feel valued and supported each day. Her motto is "Care is a work of heart," and she looks forward to continuing to grow with The Arbor at BridgeMill and contributing to its culture of compassion, teamwork, and excellence.

Termesa Taylor

Memory Care Director

Termesa "Tee" Taylor has been serving in healthcare since 1995, beginning as a certified nursing assistant. With more than 10 years of specialized experience in memory care, she joined The Arbor Company in 2012 and became part of the Arbor at BridgeMill team in 2020. As Memory Care Director, Termesa is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care and supporting residents and their families with professionalism and empathy.

Brooke Freeman

Engagement Director

Brooke Freeman has been a valued member of The Arbor at BridgeMill team since September 2022. She describes her experience as Engagement Director as nothing short of amazing, and appreciates is grateful to be part of such a connected, close-knit environment. She loves building deep connections with residents and planning fun events that bring the community together—so much so that her niece wants to plan events just like her when she grows up. Outside of work, Brooke enjoys practicing archery with her husband.

Michael Klein

Dining Director

Michael Klein joined The Arbor at BridgeMill in January 2025 as Dining Director, bridging with him a remarkable culinary background, having cooked for five U.S. Presidents, the Dalai Lama, and even shared Sunday supper with Jimmy and Rosalyn Carter in their home. 
In this role, he loves the opportunity to work alongside a diverse and talented group of people who are dedicated to ensuring that residents feel at home and are cared for in every aspect of their daily lives. Michael is grateful to be able to create moments of joy through great food, attentive service, and an inviting ambiance—helping residents look forward to every meal.

Jerrod Tyler

Maintenance Director

Jerrod was enlisted in the U.S. Air Force as an aircraft maintenance technician before joining The Arbor Company. He is a problem solver and enjoys making The Arbor a place that residents can call home.

Barbara Bonatucci

Barbara Bonatucci

Director of External Business Development

Barbara’s 20 plus years in sales and marketing and her journey of caring for her aging parent’s has led her to senior living. She enjoys working with the local community sharing the Arbor Difference with groups, organizations and families. She lives in the Woodstock area with her husband, two sons and their American bulldog.

Brenda Piantek

Business Office Director

Brenda Piantek has been part of The Arbor at BridgeMill since 2017 as Business Office Director and loves the challenges her role brings, having a natural passion for working with numbers. She thrives in warm weather and sunshine, making summer her favorite season, and enjoys the meaningful interactions with residents and families, especially hearing the stories they share. Her personal motto, "Get it done!" reflects her positive and determined approach both at work and in life.
