“Yesterday was the BEST day Dorothy has had since last October. She was so excited yesterday and it was SO GOOD to see her smile and laugh. She had her hair done, she said she got to listen to music that her husband used to listen to back in the day. She is scheduled for a mani-pedi next Tuesday… It was so uplifting for her and made us feel so darn happy for her. Please let everyone know that we are super appreciative and to please keep up the good work and taking the extra time by going and getting Dorothy out of her room and making her feel part of Arbor Terrace.” Joan continues, “Thank you, thank, thank you!”
Our Evergreen Memory Care Neighborhood was designed for seniors living with Alzheimer's or other types of dementia. Each detail from the calming environment to positive dining experiences is backed by 30 years of experience. Terrill sent us this lovely letter regarding her father:
“On behalf of our family, I want to thank each of you for the warm welcome you gave our dad and our family to Evergreen. Sharon, from the first phone call, I knew that Evergreen was the place Dad was meant to be, where his needs would be best met. Spending the first couple of days in his room with him, I had the opportunity to witness first-hand the kind, professional, and attentive care given to him by each and every staff person. You were so warm and responsive to our family as well. Thank you for making sure my needs were also met. The air mattress was the most comfortable I ever slept on, and I have slept on many. Barbara, thank you for the time you spent with Dad and me, making sure the transition was going smoothly, and for your visits with him since then. Please give a special thanks to Natasha, who brought me a whole pot of coffee, when I asked for one cup, along with a platter of grapes and donuts! For the first time since our Mother died, I am at peace about our Dad’s care. Bless you all.”

Thank you for the beautiful white roses and lilies flower arrangement sent to our house. It provided emotional warmth and brightness as we deal with the emptiness of my mother’s passing.
