Farah Siddiqui is a senior living professional with 18+ years of experience enhancing the lives of older adults. Holding a Master’s in Health Systems Management with a focus on Senior Housing Administration, she is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Known for compassionate leadership, strong mentoring, and collaborative communication, Farah creates engaging, resident-centered environments built on empathy and trust. Guided by Ralph Waldo Emerson’s words—“To know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived—this is to have succeeded”—she brings daily dedication to her work.
Community Sales Director
Shelly Perry brings more than 40 years of sales experience to her role as Community Sales Director, combining strong communication skills with empathy, insight, and a problem-solving mindset. A graduate of Hood College and a longtime Howard County resident, Shelly has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families make informed, often life-changing decisions. She understands the emotional and complex nature of choosing the right care for a loved one and approaches each interaction with compassion, local knowledge, and a family-centered perspective. Her ability to truly listen, build trust, and tailor solutions to each family's unique needs allows her to offer reassurance, resources, and personalized guidance every step of the way.
Community Sales Director
Uluwehi Uyeunten brings warmth, compassion, and a wealth of experience to her role as Community Sales Director, with more than seven years in geriatric care and a background in early childhood services that reflect her lifelong dedication to caregiving and community connection. Before entering senior living, she successfully owned and operated a childcare business for eight years, where she developed strong skills in relationship-building, personalized service, and family engagement. Known for her uplifting presence, approachable demeanor, and genuine ability to put families at ease, Uluwehi leads with empathy, insight, and a heartfelt commitment to helping seniors thrive—whether she’s starting a first conversation or guiding families through the decision-making process.
Resident Care Director
Chi Chi began her nursing career in 2007 and brings nearly 20 years of experience and heartfelt dedication to her role, with more than six of those years as a valued member of the Arbor family. Known for delivering compassionate, person-centered care, she consistently makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves. A proud mother of four, Chi Chi’s deep sense of family influences her nurturing and respectful approach to caregiving, ensuring residents feel comforted and dignified each day. Her empathy, commitment, and gentle presence make her a trusted and beloved part of the community.
Memory Care Director
Yvette Bravo, Memory Care Director at Arbor Terrace Fulton, brings 16 years of senior living experience and a deep passion for dementia care. A Certified Dementia Practitioner and licensed Assisted Living Manager, she is known for compassionate leadership, meaningful connections, and fostering supportive, engaging environments for residents and caregivers. Beginning her career right after high school, Yvette has served in roles from caregiver to manager, shaping her well-rounded, empathetic approach. She holds an associate’s degree, is pursuing a bachelor’s in psychology with a biology concentration, and is passionate about mentoring. Guided by Alfred Adler’s words—“seeing with the eyes of another, listening with the ears of another, and feeling with the heart of another”—she brings heart to her work every day.
Engagement Director
Tracy entered the world of senior living in 2006, utilizing her versatile skill set as an activities coordinator, business office manager, and director of sales. However, it was in the field of engagement that Tracy discovered her true calling, where her compassion and creativity could be fully utilized. Nothing brings Tracy more fulfillment than positively impacting the lives of her residents and their families.
Maintenance Director
Ryan has a proven track record of success in facilities management, with 18 years of experience in overseeing maintenance operations in various industries. He is committed to upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance, ensuring that our facilities meet and exceed regulatory requirements. With a passion for excellence and a dedication to customer satisfaction, Ryan plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of our community.
Business Office Director
Undrey Fuller is a seasoned and versatile leader with over 25 years of experience across finance, human resources, recruiting, operations, and sales. Known for his strategic mindset and hands-on leadership style, he has successfully guided organizations through key initiatives in talent acquisition, system improvements, and operational growth. His expertise spans financial forecasting, organizational logistics, cross-functional staffing, and team development, consistently aligning internal operations with client and organizational goals to drive strong partnerships and high-performing teams. Recognized for his collaborative leadership, big-picture thinking, and calm effectiveness in fast-paced environments, Undrey brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to every opportunity, fostering a culture of excellence while delivering meaningful results.
