Community Sales Director
Alissa brings 20 years of experience in senior living to her role as Community Sales Director. Her vast experience in senior living sales will be an asset in all areas of her position. Alissa loves working with seniors because it is rewarding when she successfully finds them a community where they can thrive.
Engagement Director
Tracy started her career in senior living in 2006 where she has used her diverse skill set as an activities coordinator, business office manager and director of sales. Tracy ultimately found her passion in engagement where she could use her compassion and creativity best. Nothing brings Tracy more joy than making difference in the lives of her residents and their families.

Dining Director
Beginning his culinary career in 1985, Jarrett has worked for fine dining restaurants, health care facilities, and universities. He has also taught culinary arts and enjoys mentoring new chefs. Through his diverse work experiences, he found his true passion in senior living. Jarrett loves to “wow” residents with his creativity while providing an outstanding dining experience.
Maintenance Director
Ryan comes to us with 13 years of experience in property management and engineering with expertise in HVAC and appliance repair. Ryan is excited to get to know the residents and grow with Arbor.
