Relationships Matter Here

At Arbor Terrace Fulton, relationships are the foundation of our community. We delight in fostering meaningful relationships — we call them deep connections — with residents and family members, and finding ways to create connections between the seniors who live here. As we learn more about our residents, we can provide even better assistance and programs to meet their ever-evolving needs.

Arbor Terrace Fulton is managed by The Arbor Company. For more than three decades, The Arbor Company has been dedicated to providing the lifestyle and amenities that keep seniors feeling their very best.

  • people Deep Connections Feel connected to a lively community. We ask the right questions and take the time to listen. It’s why residents accomplish amazing things here — things they never thought possible on their own.
  • PurposefulLivng Health and Wellness Our exercise programs are designed especially for seniors to improve mobility, maintain fitness, and even challenge the brain — all in a fun format.
  • Recreation Purposeful Living At Arbor Terrace, residents are meaningfully engaged throughout the day. An important part of that includes opportunities to volunteer and give back to others while remaining actively involved in the community.
  • Activities Recreation and Leisure We go out of our way to fulfill each resident’s wish list. From live music to barbecues to karaoke nights, if you can dream it, chances are that we’ll try it. And we love helping with family get-togethers.

Amanda Gill

Executive Director

As a teenager, Amanda’s first job was in a retirement community where she quickly found her passion for working with seniors. With a master’s degree in applied gerontology, Amanda has been serving seniors since 2006. Amanda’s inspiration is her grandmother who has demonstrated that age does not limit or define you.

Caitlin Eytel

Senior Care Counselor

After spending several years in the hospitality industry, Caitlin found her home in senior living. Caitlin’s passion is to help seniors find the best solution for their lifestyle. By fostering meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, Caitlin learns something new each day.

Kathy Tucker

Senior Care Counselor

Kathy’s journey in serving seniors began over 18 years ago. With a bachelor’s degree in therapeutic recreation, Kathy has always enjoyed fostering deep connections with seniors and their families. Kathy’s passion is to help seniors design the next chapter of their lives.

David Yankanich

Maintenance Director

David began his maintenance and housekeeping career in senior living in 1982. David is truly a jack-of-all-trades, but has a particular interest and expertise in heating and air conditioning. David has always enjoyed making connections with residents and hearing their unique stories.

Maree Singleton

Business Office Manager

With a master’s degree in business administration, Maree is a knowledgeable resource for our residents and their families. Maree's grandmother was a nurse and encouraged her to pursue a career in senior living, and we are so glad that she did! Maree’s goal is for each resident to feel at home when they move into Arbor Terrace Fulton.

Jarrett Turpin

Dining Director

Beginning his culinary career in 1985, Jarrett has worked for fine dining restaurants, health care facilities, and universities. He has also taught culinary arts and enjoys mentoring new chefs. Through his diverse work experiences, he found his true passion in senior living. Jarrett loves to “wow” residents with his creativity while providing an outstanding dining experience.

Tracy Clark

Engagement Director

Tracy started her career in senior living in 2006 where she has used her diverse skill set as an activities coordinator, business office manager and director of sales. Tracy ultimately found her passion in engagement where she could use her compassion and creativity best. Nothing brings Tracy more joy than making difference in the lives of her residents and their families.

Helen Cruz

Resident Care Director

Prior to joining our community as the Resident Care Director, Helen served our residents as the visiting nurse practitioner. She thoroughly enjoyed her time visiting Arbor Terrace, so much so, that she had to become a member of the Arbor family! Helen has over 35 years of nursing practice, management and training experience, most recently in senior living. When she isn’t at work, she’s spending time with her new granddaughter.

Edith Johnson

Evergreen Director

Upon meeting Edith, you have no doubt that her passion is caring for people with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. Beginning her nursing career in 2006, Edith has worked in multiple settings including senior living and long term care. Nursing is easy for her because it is an extension of who she is!

I'm really happy I made the change from my previous community to Arbor Terrace! What influenced me above all was Amanda Gill and her team! When you have people around you, who try to make your life pleasant, is probably the best you can do at this stage of life! It has sure made all the difference to me!

Miguel Cieza Resident

We moved our parents to Arbor Terrace this fall. We couldn’t be happier! They have settled in nicely & are very happy living there. The care is excellent. My parents especially enjoy all the musical guests.

Karen Meltzer Family Member

My mom has been at Arbor Terrace for just over 2 months. The staff and management have been unfailingly kind, helpful, and easy to work with. I’m so glad she is there!

Betsy Hosler Family Member

Mom moved to the Memory Care here a few days ago. Arbor Terrace has already exceeded our high expectations. Memory Care is on the ground floor with access to an enclosed courtyard that Mom loves. The caregivers are taking the time to get to know her. The activities have her talking and interacting more than I thought she was capable of -- I'm realizing how important the environment is to dementia patient care.

Peter Ward Family Member

My father has been at Arbor Terrace for just over three weeks now, and I am more impressed with this place every day! Every staff member is incredible. There are so many activities every day.  The food is amazing – better than most restaurants I would choose to go to! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Arbor Terrace. I haven’t seen my dad this happy in a long time!
