Kevin Seidel

Executive Director

Kevin joined the senior living industry in 2001 and has expertise in sales and operations of independent living, assisted living and memory care communities. As an executive director, Kevin ensures the regulatory compliance, financial success and most importantly resident and employee delight. Kevin is a graduate of Salisbury University and resides in Randolph NJ with his wife, Jody. He is the choir director at Trinity Lutheran Church in Dover, NJ.

Mary Beth Kane

Senior Care Counselor

Mary Beth began her career as a therapeutic recreation specialist developing award winning activity-based programs for people living with dementia and their care partners. Since 2004, she has worked in assisted living communities where she strengthened ties within the professional community and helped families find the right senior living communities for their loved one. Mary Beth has been a care partner for both her parents and brings the joys and challenges of these years to her work on a daily basis.

Donna Smith

Senior Care Counselor

Donna joins Arbor Terrace with nearly 10 years of experience in senior living. She enjoys educating residents and families about the different living options available in today’s marketplace. Donna lives in Warren County with her children and has been a care partner in the past for both of her parents and grandmother. Having gone through ups and downs with her own family, Donna understands the joys and challenges that families face while navigating a new chapter of life.

Leah McRae

Engagement Director

Leah strives to promote residents’ happiness and quality of life. She serves as Engagement Director and is a certified Assisted Living Administrator and Activity Director. Moving from Trinidad and Tobago over a decade ago, she began her career in caring as a nanny and eventually became a CNA.

Lori Stampone

Resident Care Director

Lori is a Registered Nurse and Certified Dementia Practitioner who understands the clinical and psychosocial needs of our residents. She’s passionate about serving seniors – including her own parents -- and skilled in supporting families transition loved ones into senior communities. Lori lives in Passaic County and has two children.

Roseann Kinney

Business Office Manager

Roseann joins Arbor Terrace with 19 years of experience working in assisted living communities. She started her career as a move-in coordinator and spent the majority of her years working in the marketing department. Growing up with her grandmother, she learned at a very young age to respect her elders and to soak up their infinite wisdom. She enjoys traveling, and cooking. She lives in Passaic County with her husband and daughter.

Denise Jones

RN Evergreen Memory Care Director

Denise Jones joins Arbor Terrace Morris Plains with many years as a director of nursing in the long term and assisted living field. She has a background in infection control and acute care. Her love of the dementia population comes from caring for her father who lived with Alzheimer's. Denise lives in Morris County with her husband, son, and her cats

Angela Perez

Dining Director

Angela began her career in dining in 1997 when she first arrived in the United States from Colombia. She has worked as a chef in a religious teacher community and shortly thereafter began her career serving seniors in assisting living communities in West Orange and Morristown NJ. Angela resides in Boonton, NJ and is married with three wonderful kids, Juan, Daniel, and Ana.

Our team looks for ways to connect our residents to the wider community through volunteer opportunities, and The Nourish Project is a great fit! Our residents help pack meal kits each month, giving local familes everything they need to make a delicious, hearty meal.
