Community Sales Director
Stacey joined The Arbor Company in the spring of 2023, bringing with her 15 years of sales experience—five of them dedicated to senior living. Stacey’s passion and empathy are her guiding values as she works with families to help them find their home at Arbor Terrace Mountainside. Outside of work, Stacey enjoys baking, reading, and hiking with her family and their rescue dog, Buddy.
Community Sales Director
Madeline joined The Arbor Company in the summer of 2023, bringing with her more than six years of experience in senior living sales and service. Her passion for forming deep connections with seniors was formed after the loss of her grandparents at a young age. When not at work, Madeline enjoys pickleball, health and fitness, and taking her dog, Ziggy, to the beach.
Resident Care Director
Janell has over seven years’ experience in senior living, with a passion for caring for those with cognitive impairments, while incorporating a holistic approach. Janell was born and raised in Jamaica and later moved to the states where she earned her Bachelor’s in Science and Nursing at Felician University in Rutherford, New Jersey. Janell enjoys reading and spending time with her family, and any day that is spent out in the sun.
Engagement Director
Shanna-Kay joined the Arbor team in 2020 as an Engagement Coordinator, where she fostered deep connections with residents and staff in each neighborhood. After earning a degree in marketing and business administration at Rutgers University, and being a life-long humanitarian, she knew she wanted to grow and continue her path in senior living. In her spare time, Shanna-Kay enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and cooking Jamaican cuisine.
Dining Director
With over 20 years in the healthcare industry, I understand the important role food and dining have on individuals and the community. Roberto loves to cater to his residents with his creativity while providing an outstanding dining experience. He also has an instrumental role in training for the opening of new properties.
Maintenance Director
Joining the Arbor team in the fall of 2022, Pedro brings over 20 years of experience in both maintenance and facility management, including HVAC and OSHA certifications. From the minute he was hired, Pedro was dedicated to maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff, and the impact of his efforts were felt almost immediately. When not at work, Pedro enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, five grandchildren, and two dogs.
Business Office Director
Maryam has over 5 year of experience in assisted living, is a certified assisted living administrator and a certified dementia care practitioner. She developed a passion for senior care after being a hands-on care giver for her father. Maryam enjoys reading and runs the book club at Arbor Terrace Mountainside. She is a life long resident of Essex County where she resides with her family.
