Signature Senior Living Is Coming to Somerset County: Introducing Arbor Terrace Montgomery

The new signature of senior living is coming to Somerset County, New Jersey, with pre-construction development work now underway on Arbor Terrace Montgomery. This luxury-style senior living community will offer seniors a lifestyle built around wellness, healthy activity, and genuine friendships. Located within the Montgomery Crossing development, Arbor Terrace Montgomery is projected to open in 2027.

The Arbor Terrace Montgomery information center is set to open later this year, giving residents a first look at the development and the opportunities that the community will bring. A development of Braemar Partners, Arbor Terrace Montgomery will be operated by The Arbor Company, which already operates nine other senior living communities across New Jersey.

The new community will feature assisted living,Bridges neighborhood with added cognitive support for seniors experiencing the early stages of dementia, and memory care for seniors living with dementia. Every option includes resort-style amenities and services such as regular housekeeping, personal linen and laundry services, and upscale dining, along with pet-friendly accommodations.

Thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality, the community will include welcoming gathering spaces, a beauty salon and nail spa, and on-site therapy and rehabilitation. Residents can choose from a variety of dining experiences, including specialized dining through Arbor's exclusive Dining with Dignity® program. Concierge and scheduled transportation services will also be available for off-site activities and appointments. Studio Architects is leading the architecture, with interiors designed by the Faulkner Design Group.
