Granting Wishes in Life’s Last Chapter: The Twilight Wish Foundation

Written by The Arbor Company | Oct 27, 2026, 2:46:18 AM

What would it mean to have a lifelong wish come true in your later years? That question is at the heart of the latest episode of The Golden Gang, where host Chuck Niccolls, engagement director at Arbor Terrace Exton, talks with Heather Goodno, Larissa Cabunag and Jennifer Hennessey, co-chairs of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Twilight Wish Foundation. Founded in 2002, the nonprofit has granted more than 7,400 wishes nationwide, delivering experiences and lasting memories to adults 65 and older in their last chapter of life. Since launching their chapter in 2024, the three co-chairs have helped bring wishes to life across Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties, from a new washer and dryer for a devoted caregiver to coloring books and markers for a woman living alone.

They also share an ongoing wish close to their hearts: helping a recipient who cannot travel connect with her hero, Andrea Bocelli. Along the way, each guest reflects on what drew her to this work and why so many seniors still don’t know help like this exists.

If you would like to volunteer, donate or partner on a fundraising event, visit twilightwish.org or call 877-893-9474. Tune in to the full episode to hear how a few dedicated people are making a big difference, one wish at a time.
