Executive Director
Kelli Johnson has dedicated 27 years to the senior living industry, bringing deep commitment to serving older adults and enhancing their quality of life. Her leadership is guided by compassion, accountability, and a dedication to enriching the lives of residents, families, and team members alike. In her free time, Kelli enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors through hiking, and visiting antique stores in search of unique treasures and pieces of history.
Community Sales Director
Tina Hyatt brings more than 20 years of sales experience, including senior living and healthcare, to her role as Community Sales Director at Arbor Terrace Knoxville. She is committed to helping older adults and their families navigate the senior living journey with compassion and confidence. Tina focuses on building lasting relationships and providing dedicated service to residents, families and referral partners.
Resident Care Director
Tory Abbott has been a licensed nurse since 2011, with most of her career dedicated to serving older adults in assisted living. Her nursing background also includes long-term care, home health, correctional healthcare, and regional nursing leadership. Originally from California, Tory relocated to Tennessee in 2019 and has continued to dedicate herself to caring for seniors. Known for her compassion and dedication, Tory is committed to helping residents maintain their health, dignity, and independence, and she believes strong care comes from building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members alike.
Memory Care Directo
Tracy Patterson brings more than 15 years of experience in senior living to her role as memory care director at Arbor Terrace Knoxville. She joined The Arbor Company in 2014 and has grown into her position leading the community's memory care program, devoting her career to serving residents living with memory loss. Tracy understands the importance of specialized memory care services that promote dignity, independence, safety, and meaningful daily experiences for residents. She is committed to ensuring every resident receives compassionate, personalized support each day
Engagement Director
Kayleigh James brings a lifelong commitment to compassion and connection to her role as Engagement Director at Arbor Terrace Knoxville. Raised in a large Michigan family surrounded by siblings, animals and close support, she learned early the value of patience and connection. Her dedication to serving individuals living with dementia is deeply personal, inspired by her grandmother's journey. Kayleigh believes every resident deserves to feel valued, and she finds it rewarding to create moments of comfort and connection for residents and their families each day.
Dining Director
Tabitha Maclellan has been part of The Arbor Company since 1999, working in both memory care and dining services before growing into her current role as dining director at Arbor Terrace Knoxville. She enjoys building meaningful connections with residents and takes pride in making a positive difference in their lives each day. Outside of work, Tabitha is a mother of two and grandmother to four grandsons, and family means everything to her.
Maintenance Director
Amber Blankenship brings almost four years of experience with The Arbor Company to her role as maintenance director at Arbor Terrace Knoxville. She oversees maintenance and housekeeping operations, manages vendors and projects, and ensures the community remains safe, well-maintained, and in compliance with state regulations. Amber takes pride in supporting her team, solving problems, and keeping everything running smoothly for residents and staff alike.
Business Office Director
Blossom Lewis brings six years of senior living experience to her role as Business Office Director at Arbor Terrace Knoxville, a path she pursued after losing both her grandfather and father to cancer. That personal history drives her commitment to supporting residents and families with care and compassion, while keeping the community's financial and administrative operations running smoothly. Her dedication to the people she serves is at the heart of everything she does.
