Description:

In times of crisis, we often experience anxiety, social isolation, and disruptions in our usual habits and routines, creating physical, financial, and emotional challenges. However, even in difficult times, we can focus on maintaining our well-being and increasing our ability to bounce back from difficulties.

Mary Catherine Lundquist, Coordinator of the COPSA Institute for Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders at Rutgers University, has more than 27 years of experience in geriatrics specializing in dementia care, supporting family caregivers, training professionals and providing community health education. In this webinar, she will teach us skills, tools, and resources to use and share when supporting ourselves and our family members through challenging times.
