Community Sales Director
Lisa has been in senior living sales since 2018. She is invested in helping seniors and their families navigate the important decision of finding a home that will complement their lifestyle. In her free-time, she enjoys cooking, walking, and being with friends and family.
Dining Director
Cinthia has been in the food industry for 9 years. She graduated from Robert Morris University in 2015 with a degree in culinary arts and business management. Her passion has always been food & caring for others which is why she chose her career path in senior living for the last seven years. She has an amazing 6-year-old boy who also enjoys food and will hopefully follow in her footsteps and become a chef himself!
Maintenance Director
John has been in the senior living industry for over 7 years. In addition to his career, he has many years of experience taking care of older relatives and family friends. John has additional experience in property maintenance, modification, remodeling, and ergonomics on his resume. He takes great pride in keeping the Glenview community safe, clean, and running smoothly for the residents, families, staff and visitors alike.
Business Office Director
Carah is an award-winning Business Office Director at Arbor Terrace Glenview, where her passion for serving seniors shines through in every aspect of her work. Her journey began in high school when she earned her CNA certificate and began caring for her grandparents, some of whom lived with dementia. That early experience shaped her lifelong commitment to senior care and set the foundation for her impactful career. She finds deep fulfillment in hearing the stories of our greatest generation and takes pride in mentoring team members—helping them discover purpose and fulfillment in their own career paths. Outside of work, Carah is a devoted mother to three children and an avid lover of the outdoors, often spending weekends camping or exploring nature. She's also training her golden doodle, Chico, to become a therapy dog. Chico often joins her at work, bringing smiles and comfort to our residents with his joyful presence.
