She celebrates two years of nursing this October, and is proud to have spent the past eight months of her career at Arbor. Nikki makes senior living at Arbor Terrace Naperville an exceptional experience for every resident. We cherish Nikki’s can-do spirit and welcoming smile, and are proud to have her as part of our Arbor family.

Community News Employee Spotlight: Christine Wallen
Arbor’s Star of the Year award honors staff who show commitment, compassion, and a willingness to go above and beyond as part of their mission to improve the lives of our senior residents. Christine Wallen, Arbor Star of the Year 2018, has served the Arbor community since March 2018. We’re thrilled to have her commitment to senior living at Arbor Terrace Naperville. She is currently our Lead Dining Room Server. This very public role means she interacts with our residents daily, talking to them about their lives and their needs, and ensuring they eat quality, delicious food each and every day.
Community News Resident Spotlight: Joyce Willis
Joyce Willis, a vibrant 83-year-old, is one of the most beloved residents of Arbor Terrace Naperville. A retired accountant for the State of Illinois, Joyce chose Arbor because she knew she wanted a meaningful retirement. She says her favorite thing about retirement is being able to do whatever she wants. Arbor plays a key role in ensuring that’s exactly what Joyce gets to do. Here’s what Joyce has learned about retirement, relationships, and life in her 83 years of cultivating expertise on what it means to live well.

The spectacular 1920s Chicagoland-themed event kicked off with a ribbon cutting to celebrate months of hard work building the state-of-the-art senior living community with amenities for assisted living, independent living, and memory care residents.
