Executive Director
Kelly is the Executive Director for Arbor Terrace Basking Ridge. She is a graduate of Stockton University and received a master’s in Social Work from Rutgers. Kelly has been with The Arbor Company since 2017 at Arbor Terrace Mountainside and will continue her role as Executive Director, overseeing the day-to-day operations, at Arbor Terrace Basking Ridge. Kelly loves getting to know the residents on a deeper level. Whether it's joining in on an activity or spending time with them one-on-one. When not working, Kelly keeps herself busy with her five teenage boys and the best dog on the planet!
Community Sales Director
Joan began her career in Senior Living in 2011 and quickly learned how much she loves working with seniors and their families. She joined Arbor Company in 2018 as a Move-In Coordinator and in January of 2020, accepted the promotion to Senior Care Counselor. Joan always has a smile on her face and is ready to help in any way she can.

Community Sales Director
Donna has worked in the senior living industry since 2009, and her knowledge and skill set has been imperative to the pre-opening teams of two Arbor Company communities. Donna enjoys working with seniors because each one has a unique story and background and she uses that to help find a customizable living experience that captures their individuality. Donna is a mom to four and enjoys exploring her hometown, Warren County.
Memory Care Director
Jeanelly joined Arbor Terrace Basking Ridge from our sister community, Arbor Terrace Mountainside, where she dedicated more than five years of service to their team. Jeanelly is a Licensed Practical Nurse and is excited about the opportunity to support and engage residents in our Evergreen neighborhood. In her spare time, she can be found enjoying time with her family and her son.
Resident Care Director
Charlene has over two decades of experience in Nursing and over a decade of that has been in Senior Living. Charlene is passionate about caring for seniors and educating her staff. Charlene graduated from Mountainside Hospital School of Nursing. Charlene enjoys hiking and trips to the beach. She is a life long resident of New Jersey and currently resides in Morris County with her family and many pets!
Engagement Director
Anthony’s affinity for the senior population began in high school while working in the kitchen of an independent living community. However, he knew his real passion was in event planning and organizing activities, and he eventually took a role as an activities assistant. As our Activities Director, Anthony’s passion continues to shine through in every engaging activity he plans. Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his husband, Michael, and their adorable dog, Lumi.
Dining Director
Wilson brings a deep passion for cooking and more than 30 years of experience in assisted living to the Arbor Terrace Basking Ridge community. He is a certified chef with accreditation from the Culinary Institute of America. Wilson is a long-term resident of Somerset, New Jersey, and in his free time, enjoys his two favorite things, music and baseball.
Maintenance Director
With over a decade of extensive experience in the field of commercial property management, Francely is highly qualified in his field. With his most prominent position being that of Chief Engineer within the hospitality sector, Francely has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a strong understanding of the industry. One aspect that truly resonates with Francely is working with seniors, as it evokes fond memories of the time he spent caring for his own grandmother. But when he's not hard at work, Francely dedicates his time to training for a half marathon. His passion for fitness and love for the great outdoors drives him to constantly push himself.
Business Office Director
Samantha is a graduate of Montclair State University, where she received a degree in Family Science and Human Development, with a focus on Gerontology. She joins the team at Arbor Terrace Basking Ridge with five years of experience in assisted living. Samantha is a long-term resident of Warren Township, New Jersey, loves to travel, and loves spending her free time enjoying the sunny state of Florida.
