Assisted Living
Having to move a loved one into assisted living is hard enough, but moving from one to another can be daunting. Arbor Terrace Basking Ridge’s staff has made this process extremely easy and immediately made us feel as if our loved one was a part of their family. When my sister said to the concierge, it’s unbelievable to meet so many people at one company who are so welcoming, especially since our last experience was the total opposite, their answer was amazing. They said that this is our loved one’s home, and they want to make sure that we all know how important it is for them to have chosen to live there and feel at home.

I don't know where to begin in an attempt to express my gratitude for the entire staff at Arbor Terrace, Basking Ridge. My Dad has been a resident at Arbor for nearly a year. He has built a life that he enjoys, made friends, and thrived.
Without exception, the staff at Arbor has gone above and beyond to ensure Dad is safe and comfortable and, perhaps most importantly, feels loved by them. When I tell them how grateful my family is, they simply tell me how much they love the residents. It honestly shows in everything they do and in every interaction we have.
I am so thankful, from the bottom of my heart.
I recently moved my mother into Arbor Terrace Basking Ridge as her care needs at home were becoming unmanageable for our family. What a difference it has made…she went from being home alone to having people around her. Her care is taken care of…her meals are prepared, but most importantly, she is no longer alone. They have activities every day which she gets involved with. The place is brand new and tastefully done. Great staff. A win-win for our family.
Bridges
We moved our mom there in March, she is in Bridges and she is so much happier than when she was home. The care is wonderful, the staff is friendly and helpfull. It is really nice to see this change in our mom.
Arbor Terrace is a very clean, friendly environment with lots of activities and a staff who really care about its residents. They offer a wonderful dementia support group, and I found the family dementia academy to be very insightful as I navigate this journey with my loved one.
Toured Arbor Terrace with Ms. Joan Aranzullo, as a family member was recently diagnosed with dementia and wanted to start looking around at potential care centers. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring in a delicate situation. Joan certainly made me understand all the amenities and explained how my family member would be cared for. When the time comes, I will certainly be reaching out to Joan for a more detailed conversation.
Memory Care
My husband recently relocated from our home to the memory care unit at Arbor Terrace. After spending several years in adult day care, his transition was easier than it might have been, and I have been very pleased with the professional, caring, and respectful attitude of the staff each time that I have visited. He is calm, often engaged in activities, and enjoying the delicious food choices, allowing me to enjoy our visits and be relaxed knowing that he is in a wonderful place nearby that meets his needs.
My mother moved into the Evergreen Memory Care neighborhood almost a year ago, and we are so grateful we made that decision. The staff has provided such comfort and peace of mind for our family. they offer truly meaningful activities every day—from live music and pet therapy visits. We can’t thank Arbor Terrace enough for the care, compassion, and joy they bring to our mother’s life.
My Mom is currently living at Arbor Terrace Assisted Living facility in Basking Ridge. She moved there last year from another facility close by. The care is amazing and the aides are so caring and kind. She is now living in the memory care part of the beautiful facility and is really thriving. We just celebrated her 85th birthday there a few weeks ago and the staff was so helpful in providing the space for the celebration as well as cutting and serving the cake. We are very happy she is here and feel comforted knowing she is in great and caring hands! Five stars for Arbor Terrace!!
