Debra loves working with our Senior Community here at Arbor Terrace. Her motto is, "If you can make one person smile, you have changed someone’s life in a split second".

Anne's impressive 25-year senior living career has encompassed all facets of senior living including home care, independent living, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, and adult day care. When she's not working, Anne enjoys going to the beach, gardening, watching her kids play in sports and band, and entertaining family and friends.

Engagement Director
As Engagement Director at Arbor Terrace Middletown, Talia supports independent living, assisted living, and memory care programming for the community. She is also a pet therapy handler, and you can often find her two Frenchies visiting our residents. Talia graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Recreational Therapy and a minor in dance. She is also a professional NFL cheerleader!
Dining Director
Michael has a wealth of dining experience and an impressive background managing restaurants, running dining and housing facilities, and serving thousands of sailors, Marines, and soldiers through his 21 years in the Navy. He now shares his expertise with our senior living community. Michael is passionate about working with residents, families, and our amazing team. He's always there for our residents, with an open-door policy. When he's not busy, he loves watching Yankees baseball games with his wife, Loretta, and his adorable cat, Nycko.

Business Office Director
Stacy is our business office director here at Arbor Terrace Middletown. She has experience working in an assisted living setting both in engagement and marketing. She also has experience with billing and overseeing staff. Most recently she has been working as an assistant office manager of an optometrist office. Her favorite part of healthcare is building relationships with seniors and their families. She was born in Long Island but moved to Howell NJ at a young age. She recently moved to Jackson with her husband and 2-year-old daughter Zoe. Stacy enjoys playing bingo and is looks forward to meeting every resident.
