Nicole D'Andrea

Executive Director

Nicole brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for senior care to her role as Executive Director at Arbor Terrace Middletown. With over a decade in the senior living industry, she has dedicated her career to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and fostering a supportive, vibrant community for all residents. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Nicole enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, indulging in a good book, and taking walks with her beloved dog, Dallas—named after the Dallas Cowboys, of course!

Faithe Bland

Community Sales Director

With more than 30 years in senior care, Faithe has worked in assisted living, home care, long-term care, rehab, and adult day care, gaining experience in administration, marketing, customer relations, and operations. She holds a degree in human resources, with a concentration in business, from the University of Delaware and a master’s degree  in therapeutic recreation from Kean University, giving her a deep appreciation for the industry and the people she serves. 

At home, she enjoys life in a multigenerational household with her 23-year-old son, Matthew, her 82-year-old mother, Honey, and their two beloved dogs, Turbo and Coby. Whether she’s out on the boat with Matthew, relaxing at Bradley Beach, staying active with daily workouts, or country line dancing, she embraces every moment with enthusiasm for life.

Meghanne Collins

Memory Care Director

Meghanne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as Memory Care Director. With many years of service as a Licensed Practical Nurse in skilled nursing communities, she is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for her residents while fostering their dignity and independence. Outside of work, Meghanne enjoys the company of her two adult children and her two cats, Buttons and Kitty, who bring joy to her life.

Chrissy Merges

Engagement Director

Chrissy brings a deep passion for connecting with seniors and creating meaningful experiences to her role as Engagement Director. She began her journey with Arbor Terrace as an Engagement Coordinator, quickly discovering her love for helping seniors and their families feel at home. Prior to joining Arbor, Chrissy completed a sales internship with Disney, where she learned the value of exceptional service. Originally from Middletown, NJ, she enjoys spending her free time cheering on the Chicago Bears, attending sporting events, and relaxing with friends and family. She looks forward to making each day brighter for every resident! 

Peggy Scognamiglio

Dining Director

Peggy brings more than 25 years of combined dining and healthcare experience to the culinary team at Arbor Terrace Middletown. Though she’s held several successful roles in healthcare, her greatest joy comes from sharing her passion for dining services and culinary presentations with residents and the broader community.

A local resident herself, Peggy treasures time with her family—four children, two grandsons—and her two feisty pups, Lorenzo and Rescue. When she’s not crafting menus or plating dishes, she's tending her flower beds or relaxing with an episode of Jeopardy. Peggy is grateful for the warm welcome she receives each day and looks forward to creating memorable dining experiences and building deep connections with every resident.

Stacy Meloche

Business Office Director

Stacy is our business office director here at Arbor Terrace Middletown. She has experience working in an assisted living setting both in engagement and marketing. She also has experience with billing and overseeing staff. Most recently she has been working as an assistant office manager of an optometrist office. Her favorite part of healthcare is building relationships with seniors and their families. She was born in Long Island but moved to Howell NJ at a young age. She recently moved to Jackson with her husband and 2-year-old daughter Zoe. Stacy enjoys playing bingo and is looks forward to meeting every resident.
