Jackie has been working in the field of senior living for more than 15 years. As an Executive Director for the past twelve years, Jackie has found her most important role is building a community network that provides opportunities and encourages residents to live their best lives. Ensuring the team feels engaged and equipped to provide outstanding service has led to memorable and meaningful experiences with residents, families, and friends throughout the years. Jackie is a Certified Assisted Living Administrator and a participating member of both the New Jersey Health Care Association and the Tri-County Ethics Committee. An empty-nester, Jackie also enjoys hiking, gardening, and visits with her grandchildren.
Alyssa is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) and a graduate of Pennsylvania State University. She joins Arbor with over a decade of recreation program development and activity planning and has a passion for creativity and community engagement. In her free time, Alyssa enjoys time with her family, traveling and golfing.
Nick Galanti brings over 20 years of experience in custom cabinetry and millwork where he learned the art of interior design. He maintained a private estate in Moorestown for six years where attention to detail, proper etiquette, and service standards were of the utmost importance. Nick was introduced to Senior Living as an Environmental Director several years ago and it was a natural fit. “I really enjoy working for the residents, it’s like having many Grandmoms and Grandpops all at once. ”When I am not caring for the property my son and I love taking the dogs for hikes especially at Valley Green in PA which I highly recommend if you have the opportunity to visit. As your Dining Director, I have 40 years of experience in the Hotel and Restaurant industry. I'm passionate about food, from the appetizer to the cup of coffee at the end of the meal, I enjoy good conversation on any topic. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, freshwater fishing and Philadelphia Phillies Baseball.
After 30 years in the Hospitality industry, Jeanine started her career in Senior Living in 2012 and discovered how much she loves working with seniors and their families. Jeanine always has a smile on her face and is ready to help in any way she can. She enjoys cooking, baking, and flower arranging. The beach is her happy place.
Business Office Manager
Punam has spent all of her 13-year career in senior living, serving seniors in many roles. Always wanting to help others, and striving to create meaningful moments with her residents, Punam believes that working with seniors is a privilege and an honor. She is always looking to learn new things and brings that passion to her fellow team members. When not at work, Punam enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 kids, as well as cooking.
Kathleen has been in the nursing profession since 1987, and she has experience working with seniors in skilled nursing, sub-acute care, and assisted living settings. Through her grandmother's Alzheimer's journey, Kathleen and her family felt the impact of dementia firsthand. Her passion is getting to know the residents' stories and providing individualized care in a comfortable social setting. Kathy's other passion is fishing!

Tiffany started working in senior living 14 years ago. Throughout her tenure, she has held various roles from Activities to Executive Director but found her passion in the sales department. Having the opportunity to help so many families through the process of choosing the right community is the reason she comes to work every day. She has two beautiful daughters that keep her busy! She loves spending time with her family. When she isn’t in work she can be found reading a good book on the beach, attending a show or concert, or exploring the city through a camera lens.
Senior Care Counselor
Amanda began her career in Assisted Living in 2012. "Working with seniors", Amanda says, "I found my calling." She fell in love with the relationships she was able to make with residents and families. As a licensed nurse, licensed assisted living administrator and senior care counselor, Amanda continues to educate seniors and professionals about senior living options and benefits. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys being a mama to a four-year-old little girl, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing at the beach.

Event Description: Yoga is an excellent option for anyone, of any age or ability, to practice movement, breathing, and relaxation techniques. We would love to personally invite you to our upcoming chair yoga class, held right here at Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel.
Our instructor will lead you through movements designed to improve flexibility and circulation, increase balance, and positively affect mobility. All levels are welcome, including beginners! We’ll end the session with mindful breathing and light refreshments.
