Alexis Principe

Executive Director

Alexis brings years of senior living experience to her role as Executive Director of Arbor Terrace Willistown. She holds a BS in therapeutic recreation from Temple University, and has previous experience as a Director of Engagement and Business Office Director. Alexis strives to create meaningful connections with residents and their families every day. In her downtime, you'll find Alexis practicing yoga, traveling, or spending quality time with her loved ones and adorable cat, Twix.

Jessica Lopez

Community Sales Director

Jessica Lopez has dedicated more than a decade to helping seniors and their families navigate the journey of senior living with care and compassion. As Community Sales Director, she is passionate about making every family feel supported, informed, and at ease during an important life transition. A proud graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration, Jessica is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and a licensed Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA). Her background includes leadership roles such as Executive Director and Senior Living Advisor across the Philadelphia region, with extensive experience in memory care, personal care, and independent living.
Jessica believes every senior deserves to live with dignity, purpose, and joy, and she takes great pride in building meaningful connections with both residents and their loved ones. When she’s not at the community, Jessica enjoys being active in her local neighborhood, discovering new ways to support older adults, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Smanatha O'Hara

Community Sales Director

Samantha brings more than a decade of senior living experience to her role as Community Sales Director at Arbor Terrace Willistown. She is dedicated to guiding residents and their families through the transition to community living, offering support and compassion every step of the way. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and making each family feel at home. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new restaurants, and volunteering in her local community.

Trent Baker

Resident Care Director

Trent has several years of nursing leadership experience across personal care and memory care settings, driven by a deep passion for serving seniors. He firmly believes that “teamwork makes the dream work,” and fosters a collaborative environment where residents, families, and staff thrive together.

Outside of his professional life, Trent values time with his family. He and his wife, Jennifer, have been happily married for 20 years. They are parents to two children, Trenté and Trent Jr., and proud grandparents to Skylar and Xavier. When he’s not working or spending time with loved ones, he enjoys the company of his beloved Boston Terrier, Latte.

Monique Fordyce

Memory Care Director

After raising five children, Monique returned to school to become a nurse—a journey that shaped her compassionate, patient approach to care. As a Certified Dementia Specialist, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and PAC Certified Trainer and Educator, she specializes in person-centered memory care using the Positive Approach to Care philosophy. Monique's hands-on leadership style focuses on understanding what residents are communicating, ensuring their needs are met, and creating an environment where residents feel valued, families feel supported, and staff feel empowered to provide excellent care.

Aly Comer

Engagement Director

Aly brings over three years of senior living experience to her role as Engagement Director at Arbor Terrace Willistown. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is certified as an Older Adult Personal Trainer, a Dementia Live Coach, and in MEPAP. Aly is passionate about enriching the lives of residents through purposeful programming, engaging activities, and thoughtfully coordinated outings. She strives to foster an active, connected community where each resident can thrive every day.

Mark Albright

Dining Director

Mark brings more than 15 years of experience as a Director of Dining to his role at Arbor Terrace Willistown. With a 20-year background as a chef in the United States Navy, Mark expertly leads the dining team and is passionate about creating healthy, flavorful meals for residents every day. He enjoys mentoring his team and inspiring new and creative approaches to dining and service. Outside of work, Mark loves spending time with his grandkids and hitting the golf course. He believes each day is an opportunity to delight residents and make meaningful connections through great food and warm hospitality.

Glen Holtzman

Maintenance Director

Glenn has worked as a maintenance director in senior living communities for nearly 30 years. He brings lots of energy, eagerness, and knowledge to his role, keeping the physical site of our community looking sharp while balancing all safety-related issues along the way. Glenn resides in Tinicum Township with his dog, Zoe, and cockatoo, Steely, enjoys photography, and is a huge Philadelphia sports fan.

Jennifer Watkins

Business Office Director

Jennifer brings more than 15 years of experience in financial management, administrative leadership, and team coordination to her role as Business Office Director at Arbor Terrace Willistown. She holds a degree in Business Management from DeVry University and is deeply committed to delivering exceptional, resident-focused service every day. Jennifer’s expertise spans all aspects of business office operations, and she is known for combining professionalism with genuine compassion in support of residents and their families. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys crafting and spending quality time with her family.
