Kevin Caruso

Executive Director

Kevin has been an Executive Director since 2012, serving communities in Bucks and Northampton counties before joining Arbor Terrace Willistown. Kevin graduated from Arcadia University with a BA in healthcare administration and obtained his MBA at DeSales University. An avid sports fan, Kevin enjoys playing soccer in his spare time.

Carole Wells

Community Sales Director

Carole recently served as a Sales Director at a neighboring community in Delaware County. With over 20 years of sales experience, primarily in the film and television industry with Paramount Pictures, Carole brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Carole understands the emotional toll of moving a loved one to an assisted living community, as she has experienced it with her own parents. She Feels satisfaction when she helps make the transition go as smoothly as possible for prospective residents and their families. In her free time, Carole is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 sons who collectively, are crazy Philadelphia sports fans.

Rhonda Gaetaniello

Resident Care Director

Rhonda has been a Nurse for 35 years.  While she has worked in many roles over that span of time, one common denominator is that the nursing leadership positions she has worked in revolve specifically around caring for senor citizens.  Rhonda is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and also received her Personal Care Home Administrator certification.  Rhonda’s professional passion is to build trusting relationships with her residents and families to provide exceptional care, service and leadership to the Resident Care department.  When not wearing her nursing hat, Rhonda enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, and gardening.

Samantha Ford

Memory Care Director

Samantha is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and has led teams in memory care environments for the past 5 years. Dementia care is her passion, and in each position, she has held, she has progressed as a leader. In her spare time, she likes taking on creative projects and going on adventures with her dog, Maggie, and being close to her family and friends.

Alicia Rastelli

Alicia Rastelli

Engagement Director

Alicia joined senior living over two years ago with fifteen years of personal and professional experience with dementia and behavioral health care. From there she found a passion for creating meaningful and fun activities that she and the residents enjoy together. In her free time, Alicia enjoys listening to audiobooks, painting, hiking with her family, and taking day trips with her boyfriend.

Patrick Romani

Patrick Romani

Dining Director

Patrick holds 2 degrees in Restaurant/Hotel Management and has enjoyed working in a Senior Living setting for over 25 years as a Dining Director.  He has a passion for providing a quality dining experience for everyone, while at work or at home.  He and his wife, Melissa, have 4 teenage boys that keep his life busy!  Patrick enjoys local and national sports, working on classic cars, and spending time searching for hidden treasures at flea markets and garage sales.  He and his family love traveling as well.

Glen Holtzman

Maintenance Director

Glenn has worked as a maintenance director in senior living communities for nearly 30 years. He brings lots of energy, eagerness, and knowledge to his role, keeping the physical site of our community looking sharp while balancing all safety-related issues along the way. Glenn resides in Tinicum Township with his dog, Zoe, and cockatoo, Steely, enjoys photography, and is a huge Philadelphia sports fan.

Alexis Principe

Alexis Principe

Business Office Director

As Business Office Director, Alexis oversees all business-related and billing operations for the community. She discovered a passion for senior living during her time at Temple University, where she received her BA in Therapeutic Recreation and became a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. After spending four years in resident engagement, Alexis was ready to move forward with her career and received her Personal Care Home Administrator certification. Alexis loves working in senior living because of the connections she makes with the residents and families. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones.

Every Thursday, our residents partner with the West Chester Food Cupboard for a community service project. They work together to make care packages to be distributed to those in need over the weekend.
