Personal Care
From the moment I walked in, Arbor Terrace felt different. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Samantha gave us the tour and was incredibly kind and extremely knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns about my mom with genuine warmth and compassion. She helped me get all the paperwork together and within a week and a half my mom moved in. Mom jumped in with both feet and started doing activities from day one! Each time she enters her gorgeous room she says " Home sweet home". Every member of the staff here is wonderful and truly care about the residents. They've each taken an interest in getting to know my mom.
If you are looking for a compassionate caring community that truly values their residents, Arbor Terrace Willistown is the place to be. We had several setbacks in finding the right place for my father and the staff was more than accommodating, caring and patient as we navigated the process of placing him in assisted living. It was seamless! The activities are fantastic and we are so appreciative of the variety and the engagement the staff has with the residents. We could not be happier with our choice in care for him and the attentiveness and compassion that has been shown to him. A year ago we thought that he would never be the same person he once was but now having been there almost a year he has flourished. We are so grateful!
Our mother is a resident and we can't be happier for her. We are very impressed by the staff. Our biggest concern for our mom was her wanting to go home and that hasn't been an issue mainly because she has so much to do with the daily activities. She is thriving and making friends. … My mom used to nap a lot at home and now her schedule is so full, she doesn’t have time for naps because there are so many interesting activities for my Mom to do. She is stimulated and happy.
Memory Care
My sister-in-law came to live in the Evergreen Community at Arbor Terrace in March 2026. I really cannot say enough positive things about our experience with AT since she moved in. My SIL is adjusting well. She is eating well and joining in activities. And much more relaxed than when she was living at home.
The staff is fabulous. They all know Mary. They readily share stories about her day. And they always have the time to talk to my husband and me. The communication between the staff and our family is totally above and beyond. Questions are quickly answered. When we need help, the staff is always available. From the day we moved Mary into Evergreen, we have been very satisfied.
My mother, Zoe, is in the Evergreen section. From the very first meeting with the staff at Arbor Terrace Willistown (AT) my mother was seen as a person and was treated with dignity. The staff at AT works well with both residents and family to provide the best individualized care possible. From the moment we walk in and see the greeter at the desk to when we say goodnight, the staff gives us space when we need it or helps when things get beyond our control. My mom has become much calmer since becoming a resident at AT.
My family recently moved my sister from a facility in Glen Mills to the memory care unit at Arbor Terrace, Evergreen. I cannot overstate the positive change Arbor Terrace has made in our lives and in hers. When it came time to look for a memory care facility, we looked at nine of them. Arbor Terrace was the last and by far the best. … From Marianne and Donna down to the aides and administrative personnel - everyone - is dedicated to the security and safety of the residents. The facility is beautiful, recently renovated, and very well maintained. AND, they also have fun. The activities coordinator has a never-ending array of activities for the residents to enjoy. Now when we visit my sister, it's a true visit with her. … And after a six-year journey, we are grateful we finally found our peace of mind at Arbor Terrace.
