We caught Spring Fever this week! We’ve had a busy past 24 hours! Our chicks finally hatched and we took a trip to see the Cherry Blossoms in DC. The residents chose the names of our chicks, allow me to introduce Stevie Chicks and Chick-a-Dee. Our residents were so excited, and have waited for this day for the past 3 weeks and we are loving the chick-chat around our community.
We have a surprise in store for the residents next week because more chicks hatched as our Engagement Director was on his way home!

Our residents enjoyed a lovely cooking demonstration with Chef Jorge.
Jorge prepared empanadas for us to enjoy and they were absolutely delectable. Everyone appreciates the authenticity Jorge brings to the table and extras for seconds!
