Executive Director
Eric has been in Senior Living since 1998 in various different roles. He started in Finance as the Controller of several communities in South Florida. Over the past 8 years, Eric has been in Administrative roles, including Executive Director over a 524-bed community which included Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing in Boca Raton, FL. Eric was born and raised in South Florida and graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic College in Accounting. He and his wife Yamile have been married for 25 years, and have one daughter.
Director of Sales
Jarrett comes to The Arbor Company with more than a decade of experience in the senior living industry, having served in operational, admissions, and most recently, sales and marketing roles. He holds a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. Jarrett moved to Florida from Philadelphia, PA in 1996 and currently resides in Boca Raton with his wife, Jaime, and their two dogs, Nova and Kona. He is an avid Philadelphia sports fan, and in his spare time, he enjoys traveling, fishing, biking, and spending family time with his six nieces and nephews.

Community Sales Director
Jennie has 22 years of experience in geriatric healthcare and Senior Living. She has spent the last 10 years as a memory care/assisted living specialist and sales director. Born and raised in South Florida, she currently resides in Deerfield Beach where she shares her home with her husband, Anthony, and 4 children. As a student at Palm Beach State College, she excelled and Speechwriting and communications. When she is not working, she is an avid reader and enjoys spending time quality time with her children and pets.

Meet Dorothy, our lovely resident! She may have been a successful business owner in her past life, but now she's all about enjoying retirement and making new friends. With a wide range of activities to choose from, Dorothy never has a dull moment and is always ready to participate. Based on that picture, we'd say Dorothy is pretty fearless too!

Our Evergreen neighborhood superstar: Marlene!
Marlene was born in Brooklyn New York, and moved to Long Island. She was married to a wonderful man for 55 years. She has one brother and two kids. Her fondest memories are her summers spent in the Catskills on Swan Lake. She was a great tennis player, winning many many tournaments. She loves movies, painting, and children. A Broadway show is also always a delight to Marlene.
