Independent Living
My father has been living in independent living at The Arbor since it opened, and the place is exceptional. We visited and considered many independent living facilities in the area and are very glad we chose The Arbor. The staff, led by Executive Director, is outstanding. They are all very caring, responsive, welcoming, and really foster a sense of community. Residents are lovely and look out for each other. The apartments have every amenity and are modern, clean, beautiful, and can be made to feel very homey. Location is fantastic. They offer assisted living and memory care in the same location if needed. Security is great, and they even offer valet parking... No place is perfect, but The Arbor is just an all-around great place to be, and we highly recommend it!
Beautiful independent living community, and very caring staff. Thanks to Denise and the Arbor's social events before the building was even completed, by the time that my mother actually moved in, she already had a NEW group of friends to go along with her old friends who were also moving to the Arbor...I am very grateful to everyone working at the Arbor, and for seeing how everyone genuinely cares for my mother and the other residents. It is very comforting to know that she is so well taken care of and valued. They've even made her little pup feel welcome, too. Highly recommend!
My mother lived at The Arbor for a little over a year and a half until she passed. The entire time she lived there, my mother raved about the place, and I was always impressed with what I experienced there.
The Arbor feels like a chic W hotel, and there is a lovely community of people living there.
But most impressive was the staff who ran the facility and how supportive they were to me through the loss of my mother. Thank you, The Arbor, for making my mother’s last days some of the happiest of her life!
Assisted Living
Mom moved in a couple of months ago. Recently, she broke her leg and had to go to rehab. Karen, the head Nurse at Arbor, checked on her progress constantly and came over to see her twice! She brought a letter with individual posts from the staff.
This helped her attitude immensely.
Mother is heading back to Arbor this Monday, and is so excited to be back home. She loves her room and is making new friends. The staff is friendly and caring, and the food and happy hour are great. Mom and family love the Arbor at Delray!
I toured the Arbor of Delray today for a relative who is transitioning into assisted living, and let me say how incredible the experience was...The calendar gave great insight into what each day entails, which made me feel a sense of hope and trust in the staff and team. I got to witness how vibrant the community is, and as I toured, I saw how welcoming, friendly, and supportive each team member was, and the joy on the faces of some of the residents I encountered gave me the confidence I needed to narrow down my search. The exceptional service is key in my decision-making. Arbor of Delray, I look forward to this new transition for gramps.
My mom has been at The Arbor since January in the Assisted Living section. The staff is very attentive and caring to her needs, plus the place is beautiful. Very happy that we chose The Arbor for her new home.
Memory Care
My mother is a resident in the memory care unit. David, Mia, and the staff have been so warm and welcoming. Everyone works so hard to ensure my mother is safe, well taken care of, and engaged throughout the day. The facilities are wonderful and meals inviting. I highly recommend The Arbor.
My aunt resides in the Memory Care community at The Arbor, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care she receives. The staff is compassionate and patient, and provides excellent supervision that gives our family peace of mind. The activities are thoughtful and engaging, helping her stay active and connected each day. It’s clear the team truly cares about the residents.
At Arbor at Delray Beach, the Evergreen memory care neighborhood is a place of comfort, largely thanks to team members like David, whose presence made a difference – especially when moving in. David gives personal attention to everyone’s needs.
Every morning, David walks the halls with a smile, greeting each resident. He doesn’t just supervise but takes time to get to know everyone as individuals, listen to their stories, and give personal attention to their needs.
