How are you prepared for COVID-19?
We are focused on everyone’s safety, and have processes and procedures in place to limit exposure and keep the community clean and sanitized. You can read more about our company’s approach to COVID-19 on our coronavirus information page.
Please note that the other frequently asked questions on this page were written in a time before the COVID-19 pandemic. We left them here for you so that you can learn about our community under normal circumstances. Some of our procedures have changed in the name of safety due to the pandemic. We will be sure to tell you about how we’re keeping everyone safe when you join us for a virtual tour.
I don’t know anyone who lives in your community. How can I make new friends?
There are always friendly faces at Barrington Terrace! Our residents tend to become fast friends, and you can meet new friends easily. Try joining one of our community clubs, attending a social program, or simply saying hello to a few new people you see in the halls.
How do I know which type of senior living is best for me?
We’d love to help guide you through that decision. Our team can learn more about you and any challenges or worries you may have before you decide to move. We have years of experience and can confidently lead you in the direction of the senior living option that is best for you.
Barrington Terrace of Naples offers three types of senior living options on one campus: assisted living, Bridges program, and memory care. No matter where you live, you will enjoy the amenities, the activities, and the Barrington Terrace lifestyle, including personalized care and deep connections with those around you.
I’m a bit shy. Do I have to attend group activities?
At Barrington Terrace, you always get to make your own decisions! We know everyone has unique personalities and preferences, and our team works hard to develop opportunities everyone will enjoy. You may choose to skip out on large group activities but participate in a lecture or book club. If you don’t see something that interests you, tell us! We are always looking for new ideas.
How do I schedule a tour?
We’d love to meet you and show you what life is like inside Barrington Terrace! Call our team to schedule a tour or to set up a time to join in on an activity or a meal. We would love to introduce you to some of the residents and staff that make Barrington Terrace so special.
I have a special diet. Can I still eat in the dining room?
Our chefs are trained and prepared to offer a variety of entree options for any diet. Our dining team strives to cook healthy meals with very little added sugar and no added salt — but with plenty of flavor! We cater to many different tastes and dietary needs, and will work hard to help you meet your health goals.
Is there a buy-in fee?
You won’t have to worry about a buy-in fee when you choose Barrington Terrace. Instead, you pay for the services you need when you need them, month by month.
Can I come and go as I please?
You can head out to meet your friends at a favorite restaurant or attend a family dinner whenever you want. Please just be sure to let us know your plans so that our caregiver staff is informed. For the safety of our memory care residents, our Evergreen neighborhood is secured. Residents can still go out, but need to be accompanied by a staff member, family member, or friend.
Are meals included?
All Barrington Terrace of Naples residents enjoy three chef-prepared meals each day in our social dining room. You will certainly enjoy catching up with your friends and neighbors over a delicious meal.
Want to share your meal experience with family members or friends? We’d love to serve them as well. You can order guest meals for your visitors to enjoy in the dining room together.
