Executive Director
Steven Sanders brings over 40 years of experience to the role of Executive Director, including 9 years as the Executive Director of Arbor Terrace Peachtree City, calling it one of the most rewarding chapters of his professional career. Throughout his career, Sanders has held senior leadership positions across the healthcare continuum, including acute care, skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care. He was also elected to serve on the Board of Directors of a mainline Protestant organization within its Health and Welfare Ministries Division, collaborating with affiliated hospitals and senior living communities across the United States and around the world to advance initiatives supporting health, wellness, and positive aging services.
Assistant Executive Director
Shannon Dattilo brings more than 25 years of experience in sales and management, including four years dedicated specifically to senior living, to her role as Assistant Executive Director at Arbor Terrace Peachtree City. Her career includes serving as Executive Director of Westhill Assisted Living and memory care. Having lived in Peachtree City for two decades, Dattilo is deeply engaged in the local community, raising her three children there and actively participating in Peachtree City United Methodist Church. She finds great fulfillment in working with residents, valuing the opportunity to contribute to their well-being while learning from their wisdom. Outside of work, Dattilo cherishes time with her family, having transitioned from her years as a soccer mom to traveling with her grown children.
Resident Relations & Sales Coordinator
Catherine Gray serves as resident relations and sales coordinator at Arbor Terrace Peachtree City, where she builds meaningful relationships with residents and their families, advocating for each resident and connecting them with resources to help them remain as independent as possible. She also guides families through the move-in process, offering support and reassurance from the initial decision through move-in day and beyond. With more than 26 years of experience working with the older adult population, including work as a social worker specializing in care for older adults and as an assisted living sales coordinator, Gray brings a strong foundation of knowledge to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Services, a Master's degree in Geriatric Health Administration, and is a Certified Geriatric Care Manager.
Resident Care Director
Melissa Matheny, RN, brings 24 years of experience as a long-term care nurse manager in skilled nursing communities to her role as Resident Care Director at Arbor Terrace Peachtree City, caring for residents with compassion, patience, and dedication. She finds deep fulfillment in helping people and feels honored to support residents and their families through meaningful moments in their lives. Matheny is committed to making each person feel valued, respected, and cared for, and to making a positive difference every day.

Laukesha Holmes was born in Rock Island, Illinois, and moved to Georgia in 2005. One of her lifelong goals was to work with residents, and doing so has brought her great joy and peace as she serves others and works to be a light in their lives. Holmes holds an Associate degree in Healthcare Management and serves as Assistant Resident Care Director at Arbor Terrace Peachtree City, bringing 18 years of experience serving others in healthcare. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and watching NBA basketball.
Engagement Director
April Parker joins Arbor Terrace Peachtree City with more than six years of leadership experience in senior living, specializing in life enrichment and resident engagement across assisted living, memory care, and independent living communities. She is dedicated to creating meaningful experiences that foster connection, purpose, and joy for residents while building strong relationships with residents, families, and team members. Outside of work, Parker is an author, spoken word artist, and former radio host who enjoys encouraging others through writing and inspirational storytelling. She looks forward to getting to know residents and making a positive impact in the Peachtree City community.
Dining Director
David D. Salisbury, CDM, CFPP, brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in dining services and food and nutrition to his role as Dining Director at Arbor Terrace Peachtree City, with experience spanning senior living, healthcare, rehabilitation, collegiate dining, and hospitality environments. Throughout his career, Salisbury has led multi-million-dollar operations, developed high-performing teams, improved satisfaction among residents and those in his care, and maintained a strong record of regulatory compliance and financial performance. He is recognized for his commitment to quality service, operational excellence, and creating memorable dining experiences for those he serves.
Executive Chef
Joe Calderon brings more than 20 years of culinary leadership experience to his role as Executive Chef at Arbor Terrace Peachtree City. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Calderon developed an early enjoyment for cooking through his family's culinary traditions and went on to study at Baltimore International College, gaining experience in hotels, fine dining restaurants, country clubs, and senior living communities across Maryland, Virginia, Florida, and Georgia. He has served in roles ranging from sous chef to executive sous chef, including overseeing high-volume operations serving thousands of guests daily, and today combines diverse cultural influences and professional expertise to deliver memorable meals that bring comfort, enjoyment, and connection to those he serves.
Maintenance Director
Scott Cornell brings more than 25 years of experience in property and building management to his role as maintenance director at Arbor Terrace Peachtree City. His career includes serving as a maintenance foreman for a senior living mobile home community and as maintenance director for a large psychiatric hospital before joining The Arbor Company in 2023. Cornell was born and raised in northeastern Connecticut, where he also raised his two sons, and now enjoys life in Peachtree City, including its well-known golf-cart lifestyle. Outside of work, he enjoys restoring classic cars and taking on hands-on projects around the house.
Business Office Director
Kristin Hall is a 2003 graduate of Columbus State University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and she has worked in senior living ever since. As business office director at Arbor Terrace Peachtree City, Hall is delighted to be part of a dedicated team and looks forward to meeting and serving residents, their families, and staff members. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and daughters, Lowery and Scottlynn.
