Moving into Arbor Terrace has been a good choice for me! … I was given the opportunity to come into the vacant apartment and get the paint colors I wanted, measure spaces several times, and because of that, was able to choose the right furniture to bring with me. Since I moved in, there is nothing I lack because the staff has been so friendly and accommodating. I was greeted with a welcome basket and lunch for my friends and me. What more could I ask for?!
My 87-year-old mother recently moved into a 1-bedroom apartment at Arbor Terrace. The apartment has all amenities and is comfortable. She has a small porch for her flowers. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained with outdoor seating and a swimming pool. … The staff are kind, helpful, and attentive; a great group. Activities are many, and there is always something to do every day, no matter the level of function. The highest recommendation is that Mama is very happy!
A community dining room provides meals ranging from traditional comfort foods to fine dining. Amenities include reliable, high-speed internet; transportation to medical appointments and to local shopping venues. Monthly Theme Dinners are held to celebrate holidays or simply celebrate life. Activities include professionally led exercise classes, a variety of lectures and workshops, and visits to events and places from Atlanta to Senoia to Wetumpka, Alabama. Arbor Terrace provides physical and social support that allows me to exercise my creativity and continue my writing career.
Personal Care
I moved to Arbor Terrace Peachtree City. They are very active. They all have the things that they do. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The food is excellent. I have a two-bedroom, and it’s 1100 square feet. It’s a very nice room. I came to see a live show, and they had bingo and music. The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming.
My parents are at Arbor Terrace Peachtree City. … They also have a very good nursing care staff there to take care of my stepfather’s diabetes and other issues he has, so that was good. It’s also a very nice environment. It doesn’t feel like a care center as much as it does like a vacation condo, so it’s very nice. The level of care and the facilities are excellent. The staff has given very good care. They’re very attentive. … The food is very good.
I hired a consultant to find the best assisted living facility in Georgia for my parents, and they came up with three recommendations. I visited all three, and Arbor was by far the best choice. … Both my mother and father now live at Arbor, and I can tell you it was a great decision.
