The biggest win of all is our Arbor Star of 2021— overnight Concierge, Joseph Heard. Let's learn more about this superstar!
Joseph was born and raised in LaGrange, Georgia. He lived in New York for a couple of years, and has two brothers and one sister. Joseph has worked at Arbor Terrace for more than five years as a night concierge. He loves computers and has also done light maintenance and operated heavy equipment such as scissor lifts and boom lifts.
Joseph has been married to his lovely wife Karen for 12 years and they love to travel. Joseph says,"I don’t see a lot of the residents because I work at night, but it's always cool to match a face to the name every so often! Everyone has been so kind, and I love working here!"
Our Executive Associate Director Wendy says, "He's hardworking, super professional, excellent with handling overnight problems, and he's super dependable!" It's unanimous. We love having Joseph on the team!
