In our new video, team members share what draws them to this work and what keeps them here. For one, building close connections with residents changed the course of a career, from physical therapy studies to pursuing a nursing degree. For a member of the dining team, seeing the meals loved ones received in senior living sparked a goal to raise the bar at every meal.
Today, that goal shows up in dishes that remind residents of recipes their mothers and grandmothers once made. It also shows up when families visit, and a resident insists they try something on the plate. Throughout the video, a few themes come through clearly: respect for every resident, strong teamwork, and a shared focus on creating lasting memories.
