In a recent video interview, Elly shared what she believes has contributed to her longevity—and it all starts with the way she was raised. Her mother, she says, was serious about healthy food and didn’t allow junk in the house. That early emphasis on wellness stuck with Elly and became a lifelong habit.
But good health alone isn’t the whole story. Elly speaks with warmth about the many blessings in her life, especially her career, her marriage, and her children. She considers herself lucky to have had a wonderful husband and family, and she doesn't take those relationships for granted. In fact, she gives thanks to God for the life she’s had.
