Our Bridges program was made especially for seniors navigating this early stage of cognitive decline. We offer an assortment of social activities and programs to promote cognitive exercise and healthy socialization. Your loved one will be able to make meaningful connections and feel welcomed into our community.


Supporting Cognitive and Physical Wellness

Our Bridges team is trained in current best practices for memory care. We focus on total wellness to slow down cognitive decline, working with you and your loved one to create a personalized care plan to address specific needs and preferences. We also provide medication management services so you and your loved one don't have to worry about the potential consequences of missing our doubling a dose. To further support wellness, our Bridges program offers events to stimulate the body and brain such as adaptive exercise classes. There's always something to do and someone to enjoy it with.

Here, your loved one can connect with neighbors for delightful chef-prepared meals and grab a quick coffee with a friend before their music class. Our award-winning dining program that incorporates thoughtful preparation techniques to ensure all residents are served delicious food that meets their physical and dietary needs. Residents in our Bridges program are provided three meals in the dining room each day and are encouraged to invite visitors any time by purchasing a meal ticket for a nominal fee beforehand.
