One-Bedroom Deluxe
Choosing to downsize to assisted living does not mean you have to downsize your style or taste. Our one-bedroom deluxe option gives you plenty of space to decorate, but without the extra household chores that go along with it. At approximately 750 square feet, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment also features plenty of storage and natural light.
We love the kitchenette and eat-in dining room space, which gives you all the room you’ll need to entertain a few of your favorite guests. The living room area also has more than enough room for a recliner and sofa, along with a television. Your new bedroom features two closets, while the bathroom also has a large closet. There’s plenty of storage room, which is a must for many of our residents.
Studio
Our studio apartment is the perfect option if you are planning on spending most of your time enjoying the rest of our campus, including our outdoor spaces, library, and living rooms. Our studio apartment is 410 square feet, which includes necessities such as a kitchenette and storage closet.
A small table fits perfectly near the kitchenette countertop, and you’ll still have room for a favorite recliner or couch. Even better, the space feels much larger thanks to the natural light that streams through the window near the bedroom area.
One-Bedroom
Our biggest option, at 820 square feet, is our one-bedroom plan. You’ll love the additional storage closet right off the entrance, which is the perfect place for your coat, umbrella, and even seasonal decor. The kitchenette gives you all the space you need to prepare a quick snack or store your leftovers from the restaurant outing you attended earlier in the day.
The living room and bedroom both feature large windows, which increase the natural light in your home. Both are similar sizes, creating a large entertainment area in the living room and a large retreat for yourself in the bedroom. The bathroom features a closet large enough for your clothes and linens.
Decorating Your Space
When you’ve chosen your new home here at Summit, it is then time to decide what to bring along that will make it your own. Though you may not be able to fit all of your furniture in your new apartment, you can certainly express your style by bringing along your favorite living room and bedroom furniture, as well as decorations and art to hang on the walls or tuck onto your coffee table.
