Summit of Uptown is a traditional rental community. We do not require a buy-in or entrance fee. There is a one-time community fee of $4500 which is due at move in.
What lifestyle options are available at Summit of Uptown?
At Summit of Uptown, we offer independent living, assisted living and memory care lifestyle options. We also partner with Care in the Home to provide catered services for our independent living residents. Our unique lifestyle options allow our residents to maintain their independence and add support services as needed.
What happens if my or my loved one’s needs change after moving into Summit of Uptown?
At Summit of Uptown, we offer different care levels and lifestyle options to manage changing needs. Our dedicated wellness team is here to assist in coordinating care services for our residents.
Are transportation services available at Summit of Uptown?
Complimentary transportation is available within a 5-mile radius of our community. Additionally, we provide scheduled transportation for shopping and entertainment.
Does Medicare cover the cost of assisted living?
Medicare does not contribute toward assisted living costs. However, there are other financial assistance programs available. We partner with Elderlife Financial Services to provide financial counseling and resources for our residents.
What services are offered at Summit of Uptown?
At Summit of Uptown, we offer a luxury, active lifestyle. We provide delicious, chef-prepared meals, linen service, housekeeping services and daily activities and engagement. Care services are also available.
Will nurses be available if needed?
At Summit of Uptown, we have nurses and nursing assistants available 24 hours per day. Our residents have access to an emergency alert system within their apartments to contact our wellness team at any time.
Do you allow pets?
Summit of Uptown is a pet friendly community.
Do I sign a lease when I move to Summit of Uptown?
All of our residents sign a one-year lease prior to moving in. We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee for all residents to provide peace of mind as you move to your new home.
How are you keeping residents safe during COVID?
During COVID we prioritize health and well-being. We have implemented various safety measures including routine temperature checks, regular COVID testing for all employees, additional PPE for all staff, and limiting outside visitors to our community. We adhere to all established guidelines for masks and social distancing, and we continue to evaluate the changing needs of our community.
