"The purpose of this note is to thank you and your staff for the care and help our family received while moving our mother into The Gardens the first of November. The staff was not only helpful to us, but most welcoming and kind towards mom. They immediately made her feel at home."

    - Family Member

“Thank you so much for the kindness and excellent care you provided for my mom during her stay at The Gardens. My husband and I were able to relax and feel secure knowing she was in your care. We were especially pleased with the “personal” level of attention she received, the excellent care that stabilized her blood sugar, encouraging her to socialize and just generally helping her to recover and enjoy a better quality of life. Thank you again for all you did for my mother and for all that you do for all of the individuals in your care. Your community was a great blessing in our life; we will always be grateful to you.”

    - Family Member

I feel very lucky to have found this beautiful facility with this caring staff to make this time in our Moms journey better than we had dared hope for.

    - Laurie R.

“I want to express my appreciation for all you and your staff have done for my parents over the last two years. I have been so very impressed with the dedication and caring of the entire staff. I had looked at other facilities and there are none that compare. As I had told you before, my parents really came to think of it as “home” and the staff as family. In my opinion that is the highest praise!”

"When we met on Wednesday for my orientation, you told me with conviction that you had the best staff. I felt confident that you were telling me the truth. Today, me, my sister Gail and mom experienced it! We are so grateful for all of the assistance they offered and the warm welcome we received. We did our best to let them know how much we appreciated them. It meant so much to us on a day that had a lot of unknowns with how my mom would react.

I hesitate to single anyone out because everyone was wonderful but Patrick went above and beyond with the cable TV set up. I am not a technical person. I didn't realize that the remotes I brought for moms TV weren't the right ones. When he explained that I needed a "universal remote" in order for her TV to work I panicked. I said, Oh no, if moms TV isn't working tonight she will be so upset, it is so important to her. I wasn't sure where to go and how long it would take me. He immediately sensed my despair and offered to run to CVS to see if they had one. My sister and I were so relieved as we were trying to decorate my moms room by the time lunch was over. He came back shortly after with the remote and had the TV running soon after. That act of kindness saved the day. I know he is very busy juggling many things to keep the facility going and time is a precious commodity. We are so grateful and tried to convey that to him. My mom was thrilled to see her TV working!

I know you are very proud of your staff, and should be. The spirit of excellence is very apparent on their faces and how they communicate with the residents and family members. My family and I are very thankful for your high standards. We are looking forward to being a part of The Gardens community."
