When we met on Wednesday for my orientation, you told me with a conviction that you had the best staff. I felt confident that you were telling me the truth. Today, I, my sister Gail and mom experienced it! We are so grateful for all of the assistance they offered and the warm welcome we received. We did our best to let them know how much we appreciated them. It meant so much to us on a day that had a lot of unknowns with how my mom would react. I know you are very proud of your staff and should be. The spirit of excellence is very apparent on their faces and how they communicate with the residents and family members. My family and I are very thankful for your high standards. We are looking forward to being a part of The Gardens community.
