We love hearing residents’ and resident families’ words about their experience with us here at The Vantage at Cityview in Fort Worth, TX. And this time, we decided to have some of our very own staff members read some letters and reviews by residents and resident families out loud!

Some highlights in the video:
Hailey, our staff member, knows that sometimes, moving away from your family can be hard. She understands that it’s normal to miss familiar faces and loved ones right next to you. But when she reads a resident’s wife’s words about how much her husband loves being in our memory care program, and how much they both appreciate all the people, the great food, and the entire community here, it shows how much this means to her. Knowing that the residents feel safe and comfortable here – Hailey says, “they always get what they need. That makes me very happy.”
Another resident’s letter gives a young staff member a huge smile as he reads, “I would give them ten stars if I could.”
A resident’s daughter shares all the things her mom enjoys here at The Vantage, and even gives a special shoutout to Clayton, our Activity/Engagement Director! She says, this validation “knowing that we're doing a good job […]. It makes me feel great.”
Staff member Travis is touched when he is reading resident Linda Burton’s feedback. She shares how The Vantage has made her parents’ transition from their home to becoming part of our community so easy. He says it makes him feel great knowing they’re actively helping the residents in their lives. And he grins as he reads Linda’s words at the end, “Get your elderly loved ones here as fast as you can. You'll be glad you did.”
