Absolutely! At The Vantage at Cityview, we encourage seniors to maintain their independence by keeping their personal vehicles. We provide convenient resident parking in our open lot, so you can come and go as you please. Many of our residents enjoy the freedom to run errands, attend appointments, visit family, or explore the local area on their own schedule.
Is there an additional fee for parking or a reserved parking space?
Resident parking at The Vantage at Cityview is included as part of your monthly fee with no additional charges. Each resident receives access to our open lot parking areas conveniently located near the main entrance and apartment buildings. We believe parking should be a hassle-free part of your everyday living experience, so there are no surprise fees or hidden costs.
Are garages or covered parking options available?
The Vantage at Cityview features open lot parking for residents and guests, designed for easy access and convenience. While we don't currently offer covered or garage parking, our well-lit parking areas are spacious and located close to building entrances for your comfort and safety. We're always evaluating ways to enhance our amenities based on resident feedback.
Can my visitors or family members park easily when they come to see me?
Yes! We have designated guest and visitor parking available in our open lot to make it easy for your loved ones to visit.
