Executive Director
David has worked in senior living for 20 years. He began his career as a CNA before advancing to an admissions director position and now as an executive director. He brings over 16 years of leadership experience in the senior living industry. Through his energy and compassion along with outstanding business, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills, David has a reputation for creating a positive atmosphere for residents, families, staff, and friends. When he isn’t working, David enjoys the beach, swimming with manatees, and visiting Florida’s parks.
Director of Sales
Mindy started her career in healthcare in 2010. She is a graduate of WVU with her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. She enjoys welcoming our new residents and making them feel comfortable in our community. She is married to her husband Chris and has a daughter Reghan.
Community Sales Director
Teresa is a registered nurse with 30 years’ experience working with the senior population in England, Tennessee and Florida. Originally from Weymouth, Dorset, England she has been involved in all areas of healthcare in a post-acute care setting including hospitals, rehabilitation and home health. Her experience includes being a business owner, marketing director and a director of nursing. Teresa is married to Gary for over 20 years and has two children.
Engagement Director
Alexa joined the Arbor Family in October 2016 as a caregiver and has served as the Engagement Director at Barrington Terrace of Fort Myers since 2018. Her favorite part about working in senior living is seeing her residents flourish and building relationships with their family members. She is passionate about dementia education and being a mentor for new Engagement Directors. In her free time, Alexa enjoys reading books, gardening, and spending time with her family and dog.
Maintenance Director
With 30 years of experience across multiple trades including construction, fire and flood restoration, elevator installation, and electrical work, Francis brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as Maintenance Director. For the past 16 years, he has prioritized his focus on senior living, and creating a safe and well-maintained environment that enhances seniors' quality of life. Originally from Massachusetts, he moved to Cape Coral, FL, in 1992 and has been a beloved part of the community ever since. Passionate about helping others, he finds fulfillment in assisting seniors with tasks they may no longer be able to manage on their own. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, outdoor sports, and savoring his favorite meals—seafood and steak.
